I was nervous hiring someone I never used, but I read all the excellent reviews before I contacted Rays. After speaking on the phone with Ray, I knew this was a man I good trust. He came out and explained everything that could be wrong and showed me what it was. The washing machine was fixed quickly and professionally and didn't cost what I was expecting, much less. I am extremely happy with the service and the two men who came and did the job. Bravo!! Highly recommended.

Dishwasher from previous home owners wasnt washing properly. Called Ray, he determined it was the motherboard but wasn't able to fix it as the part was discontinued and anyone who did have it wanted your first born and an arm. He didnt press the issue or try to talk me into to getting it but instead he gave me friendly and knowledgeable advice so i could purchase a new one. Will definitely be calling him for any maintenance when i do!

Ray was at my house within an hour after I called on a Saturday. They fixed my washer, really affordable and they saved the day - I had a ton of laundry and I didn t know what I was going to do. Definitely will call them again.

They showed up on time and were able to fix a very old refrigerator for a very reasonable price. I wish they did plumbing.

Initially I thought they had fixed my dishwasher as it began draining again. However, once I ran it, the cycles still did not work and the dishwasher kept turning off in the middle of the wash. I called Ray the very next day and a couple of times after that. He kept telling me that he had to do more research. After several attempts, he has never came back or called back again. I explained that I have several people coming over this weekend. He prefers to work on old appliances only. Does not know how to diagnose or fix newer ones. So here I am just a few days before Christmas and no dishwasher. Will need another service tech to come out.

I originally called Ray s Appliance to have my refrigerator fixed. Ray was very honest and knowledgeable. He informed me that the repair would cost more than buying a whole new fridge! During the assessment he happened to see that my dryer wasn t working properly. It turns out I had a major fire hazard on my hands. I truly feel that Ray and his co-worker helped us avert a possible tragedy! Ray and his co-worker are kind, fair, and extremely talented at repair. You won t regret hiring them!
