Our refrigerator was not working , we called on a Saturday morning, Ray was out to diagnosis & repair a few hours later. He knows is stuff.

They came on time and quietly & quickly fixed my clothes washer. The price they charged me was fair. My washer works well and they gave me a 60 day warranty on the parts installed.

Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem correctly. Got second opinion. I would have no problem with Michigan Appliance in the future for myself or recomending to a friend.

Their service was awesome. Prompt, friendly service detailed with what was wrong with my appliance. Showed me the defective part, Fixed my stove and in less than 20 minutes, stove was fixed and no mess...Job Well Done! I will be using these fellows for all of my appliance repairs and will recommend this company to anyone who needs their service.. Thanks Guys!

My fridge and freezer stopped cooling and by the time I realized what was happening in there, a week had gone by. I put in an inquiry around midnight on Thursday night. MI Appliance called Fri morning at 10:30A and techs were out here by 1:30P. They were knowledgeable, friendly and they did a great job repairing my side by side in no time. They didn't even leave a mess. I do have a suggestion, invest in refridgerator magnets in case your customers need you again.

Very fast service, came right on time, extremely friendly, honest and helpful. Price was VERY reasonable and cleaned up afterward. Even helped my mother carry something to her car that was too heavy. I would definitely use him again or recommend him to someone else.

Well, They did show up the same day I made the inquiry. Took about 20 minutes to diagnose the problem with by Bosch dishwasher charge me $59.99. Called me 2 day later can not find parts. I suggested some web site where I found the part they said I need. Finally 2 week later stop by to install the part. No that is not what the problem is, however the repair man said he had no training how to fix this brand! So why not ask before taking on the job. Lost $59.99 and 2 weeks. End up going to Lowes and purchase a new dishwasher. From now on I am calling another company� even if I had to wait 3 days from them!

Response was immediate and the lady arranging the service call was polite and answered my questions.. Service person arrived within 2 hours of placing the service call. Service person was polite, professional, and helpful with explanations. Price was reasonable. And, this was on a Friday prior to the New Year's weekend. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.
