Honest with integrity.

After stating the problem and supposedly fixing our dryer, it worked twice and died. We were told on a return visit that a new problem evolved which would cost us more money (of course). THis machine worked fine prior to repairs, we were told just a bet and roller needed to be fixed. We just did not feel comfortable with this and will opt to bring in another repair person or buy a new dryer.

This company was wonderful! They came out the same day I submitted my request, went above and beyond trying to repair my appliance and when we couldn't due to the age of the appliance, the repair man came back on his time to measure and look up online the replacement I needed. I very highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if a need arises.

Our gas dryer recently developed a rumbling sound that I thought was due to a bad belt or drum rollers. When Darrin from Michigan Appliance listened to the noise, he immediately recognized that the problem was that the blower wheel drive shaft hole was worn out. He showed me the difference between my old blower wheel and the new replacement wheel. Darrin allowed me to look over his shoulder while he worked. He answered all my questions and he did not try to sell me replacements for parts that were still good. I found the service provided to be honest and capable.
