I have supervised / worked on hundreds of projects ranging in size from several hundred to over one hundred fifty thousand sq feet. I have worked on projects covering a variety of industries including at UofM, Chelsea, Sparrow, and Beaumont hospitals, several urgent care facilities and properties such as Google, Amazon, government offices, retirement facilities, graduate student housing, churches, home renovations, and many more. As a site foreman, responsibilities have included maintaining the project schedule, reading blueprints, ordering materials, running crews of up to 20 painters, and ensuring site safety (including COVID protocols) and quality workmanship.

Paint Master Painting specializes in Interior and Exterior Residential and Commercial painting, as well as pressure washing and deck/porch staining. We have multiple crews made up of very experienced painters. Free estimates are provided, and a 25% deposit is due upon signing a contract, with the remaining 75% due at time of project completion.
"Kori was very punctual and professional! He is very reasonably priced and was right on with his estimate. Kori also was informative, helped with suggestions and got the job completed in the time he said it would take. He pays very close attention to detail and makes sure he takes great care of his customers! My epoxy countertop looks amazing and really livened up my kitchen! I also had a door I thought I would need to replace (had a ton of holes in it from steel tip darts) and he covered the holes and repainted it, looks brand new! I look forward to having him come back to do my flooring next! Thanks for the job well done!"

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
