Aaron's Nuisance Animal Control

For the last two months I have been hearing faint clicking or scratching sounds coming from an area near a ceiling light in the living room. I called and scheduled an inspection. I was told that the price for the inspection would be $185. Even though the noise had stopped a week or so before the scheduled inspection, I decided to go ahead with the inspection, thinking that whatever was making the noise would probably come back. Aaron arrived on time. He listened to a recording that I had made of the scratching sound, and he said he thought a rodent might have nested itself in the attic. He then walked around the exterior of the house, looking for areas where a rodent might enter. He also walked on the roof and looked up through the hatch of the attic. The inspection took around 15 minutes. He found one possible entry point on the side of the house and sealed it with material that matched the appearance of the surrounding siding. He asked if I wanted him to set traps near the attic hatch, but I declined since the noise had stopped and the hatch was 25 feet away from the source of the noise. The day after the inspection, the scratching sounds returned. I think I need to find someone who will go into the attic area in order to find the source of the noise.

Aaron and Jennifer were super to work with. They kept us informed of what they were doing and when they would be here and called if there was a change of plans. They were very professional in every way. We had worked with another company before calling them and they never finished the job. Aaron and Jennifer not only finished the job but they found out where the squirrels were coming in and replaced our garage vents for us. We would definitely call them again if we had any additional problems.

During the night we heard a scratching/clawing sound on exterior of house. In morning we saw obvious claw marks and part of the soffit torn. W called Aaron's and they said they would be over that afternoon. When tey arrived they surveyed the damage and made other observations and concluded that the intruder was a racoon. They proceeded to set a baited trap and told us to call them - even in the middle of the night - if we heard more noises or the trap was tripped. In the morning we saw that the trap had captured the racoon but he was still alive. We contacted Aaron's and they came out promptly to remove a very LARGE male racoon who put up quite a fight while he was being snared. This was a very positive experience dealing with Aaron's - from time to our initial call to removal of animal was just over 24 hours. These people are very knowledgeable about what type of trap to use and the appropriate bait and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable and experienced. Explained why the previous bat exclusion that was done by a different company was not effective, and found some openings that had never been addressed by the previous company. The work was only done a month ago, but I am hopeful that the bats will not spend next winter in our attic.

The problem has not returned. This is amazing because we had lived with these noises for 6 years. He saved my sanity!

Everything went fine. They were here the same day I called. They trapped the woodchuck and removed the carcass.

They are very good. Yes, I would use them again if necessary. They filled up all the holes for them to enter. They made a one way exit for them and they could not get back in. The service was excellent. The service worked for me.

They were great. They came out several times and caught several squirrels. If I need it again, they would be the first I would call.

Both Aaron and Jennifer were very pleasant, good communicators. Aaron came out within a day to check the house and the sealing work was done several weeks later (by mutual agreement.) The inspection of exterior of house was very thorough and they were able to accomplish sealing in less than a day of work. The sealing was not cheap, but considering he had to go up on our very high roof, it seemed reasonable.

This is a small locally-owned and family-run business. They were very prompt in responding to my call, unlike another company who never did return my calls. Aaron came out to the house and gave me an estimate for removing the squirrels. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He set traps and over the next couple of weeks came back regularly to check on them. They even came out one evening after I called because one of the squirrels was caught but had not been killed by the trap. They will also put exclusion devices on holes then close up the hole after the animals have left, but that wasn't an option in my case. Much as I love small animals I'm glad the squirrels are no longer in my house. I would use this company again.

I found evidence of a squirrel in the house after removing some ceiling drywall for a repair but I couldn't figure out how they were getting in. Aaron quickly found the hole, put a trap up, checked the trap over the next two days, and then sealed up the hole once we were sure no more squirrels were getting in. Problem solved. I have used this company multiple times over the last two years since I own a couple rental properties. They have taken care of raccoons, mice, squirrels, and even a bird. They are always friendly, professional and prompt. I wouldn't use anyone else.

This guy was great. He came out promptly sent 8 traps and kept checking them, re-locating and resetting them until all squirrels were gone. He worked with me on how long I wanted to keep the traps set to be sure I was satisfied that the squirrels were gone. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use this company again, they are wonderful.

This is a family business. Aaron came, evaluated and gave a bid, Their bid was significantly lower than the competition, but same warranty. They came, plugged all holes, put bat exit doors and removed them later. Bats are gone. I called them twice about minor concerns, came within half an hour, addressed all issues, were polite, pleasant and effective

We had noticed a smell for a while, and then were suddenly flooded with flies. We had been led to rule out the chimney by another nuissance control guy. But eventually it became clear the flies were coming from the chimney. This time we called Aaron. He came the next day. He very methodically and patiently worked until he located the dead/decaying squirrel carcass that was causing our problems. He couldn't see down into our chimney because of the cable operated lid on the chimney. He had to use a remote video camera to find it. Even then, he couldn't see anything at first... but he kept persisting. Eventually he found it. He then carefully removed it, clean out the area, disinfected. What most impressed me about him was his tenacity, he didn't give up, even though it took a while even with the remote video camera to locate the problem, and even though someone else had come and told us that we didn't have an animal in our chimney. Based on this experience I wouldn't go with anyone else. Truly first rate work.

This company provides A+ Service. In additional to professional decorum, they are personable and caring. Due to a childhood trauma, I have a phobia for rodents. Aaron's is willing to talk me through each issue and communicate with me until my sense of comfort is established. As a busy professional, I do not have a lot of time for unexpected home issues nor do I rarely write reviews. However, this company provided me with exceptional customer service that I wanted anyone in a similar situation to know that this is an excellent choice. Further, their costs to service provided are very reasonable.

Aaron and Jennifer came out the same day that I called. They set up a few traps after giving me the options of which type of traps they have/recommend. They made sure I understood the dangers to my dog while these traps were set. They also helped me plug up the holes so the woodchucks could only use the exits/entrances that had traps on them. He also told me things to do to my landscaping so the woodchucks (and other animals) won't have a place to hide. Aaron was right on when he said I'd probably get one in the trap by that evening. Each time I saw a woodchuck in the trap, I just called and they came out that same day. A few times was after 9pm and even once on Sunday! After 5 woodchucks, I ran out of money to try to catch anymore. They kept coming to my yard due to the 2 huge trees that had berries on them. Unfortunately these trees are on city property, right next to my property line - so the 'chucks will just keep coming. Thank you Aaron and Jennifer for your help!! I am keeping up on the landscape and keeping the holes plugged under the shed and house like you said.

They recommended a chimney cap replacement company and showed us the options from a catalog, this company was way more cost friendly compared to another company we had received pricing from, over $1000 cheaper. Once we chose our option Aaron and Jennifer handled the rest. Once the cap came in, Aaron made an appointment to install it even increasing it's critter defenses by lining the metal screen with smaller metal contractors mesh. They then proceeded to seal up the entire house, They did every nook & cranny, under doors, old access holes from older utilities and previous cable access points, even being sure to use a caulk like product that matched the stonework on our house. They left a few one way vents for a week or so, this way all critters could escape but not get back in. We do live in a heavily wooded area and this was the first winter we did not have to deal with mice and other unidentified noises and smells! House sealing wasn't even a type of service we were aware of and are very, very pleased. Highly recommended for whatever animal issues your having, mice, bats, squirrels, ground hogs, raccoons, skunks, whatever. We've had them back for other minor issues and to trap a skunk living under our rental property and will continue to call on them as the needs arise. Hope this is helpful!

They came out and did an excellent job. A husband and wife team that take pride in their work. They are professional and friendly. I can say without a doubt I would call them again.They sealed all the places bats could get in and I mean even the smallest hole or crack from ground to roof. Put one way runs on house where they were going in and out to evacuate the bats. Will return in 3 weeks or longer depending on the weather and remove runs.

These people were very professional, reacting quickly to every call -- even some after hours. I found I had a house full of squirrels, gnawing inside the walls and soffits, storing walnuts all over the place. I also had woodchucks digging into the foundations. Aaron and Jennifer were patient, responsive, and responsible. They were friendly and willing to explain their methods and they followed through on every promise. They also did not nit-pick about their charges: if anything, they were generous and anxious to make sure I was successfully freed from these invaders.

Aaron's was fabulous! We are selling our condo, and had been told by another inspector we had rodent issues. Aaron's spent the time necessary to make a thorough review of the entire property -condo is a duplex unit- and plugged all existing entry points, used special traps to capture any existing rodents - which turned out to be one - and made a follow up visit to make sure eradication had occurred. This was a total of 3 visits in 10 days, with complete review of exterior, attic and inside of unit at each visit. Aaron was completely thorough, incredibly professional, and informative in his approach to us as home owners. We have never had an experience of this caliber with pest control. We cannot rate him highly enough!

He comes right out when you call him, he gets the job done and he's reasonably priced compared to the larger businesses. He's a local business, which is why I chose him.

I really liked the work this hard couple did. Communication was great and they solved my problem that I was unable to take of by myself. Their promptness was so beneficial to me because I was just there for the day. This random call turned out great for me.
