+ -1 morePlease read above...cannot say much more. Every experience with Sherlock has been great, less expensive than others I have called and I feel I can trust them to not cheat or over charge me. by the way, I am not a relative or friend etc. I am a long time customer. You can call me if needed.
Description of Work: Could not print. He remotely took over pc and fixed that problem and in addition fixed and tuned up other things. Great service, nice person, fabulous prices. You can TOTALLY trust him. He will not tell you to fix things that do not need fixing and will not overcharge you. Love them!!!!

+ -1 morePlease read what I listed above...I will copy it here also. I brought an SD card with about 300 pictures that I could not retrieve on my camera or pc. I went to another computer repair in town and they were going to charge me between $65 to $80 to recover the pictures. They told me how difficult it was. The person at Sherlock recovered all but 4 of the pictures in about 30 minutes! They only charged me $25!! They did additional work cleaning viruses, checking and updating software and backed up the pictures to my new sd card, my C: drive and to a backup drive to make sure I would not lose the pictures! They also showed me how to use my new Seagate Portable drive, showing me how to back up all my documents, pictures ect. They did all this for the $25!!! I have used Sherlock Computer Repair "many" times in the last 3 or 4 years. They have set up new laptops, printers, connected WIFi, removed viruses, replaced hard drives, recovered data, installed helpful software like CCLEANER, DEFRAGGLER, SUPER ANTI SPYWARE...all to help me keep my laptop working well. I can call and get a free estimate, get help over the phone, have them take over my computer and fix things for an unbelievably LOW PRICE!! Their charges for their services are lower than any other computer repair service I have ever used and their work and care for their customers is "above and beyond" any I have ever used. They can rebuild computers, fix computers and replace any element of the computer that is needed. I believe they also sell new and used computers. They take a huge amount of pride in the work they do and the care they give their customers. I AM A TRULY THANKFUL AND FAITHFUL CUSTOMER! THANK YOU SHERLOCK COMPUTER REPAIR!!! Please do not hesitate to call them as they are very honest and charge an extremely low price for the superb services and knowledge they offer to their customers!!! I would NEVER go anywhere else and believe me I have shopped around and investigated other computer repair services!!!
