+ -1 moreTerrible customer service. They don't care about the customer. Salesperson unable to answer simple questions. The owner is rude and outrageous with his accusations.
Description of Work: 2 day old washer quit working. Salesperson was rude and offered very little assistance.

+ -1 moreI called looking for a dryer in my price range; I explained I needed nothing fancy, just something that would work. At the time there was nothing in stock for me, but I was told the next day they would have a shipment in. They found a dryer within my range, within 24 hours and had it at my house installed within twenty four hours. The only place in town I buy appliances from. The delivery crew is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the staff in the store are very personable and helpful. This is the perfect example of a local business I will gladly support.
Description of Work: I purchased a new dryer.
