Honest friendly staff!

The repairman wasn't well prepared. He didn't have an air compressor. Didn't offer to come back. This incomplete repair resulted in a worse problem less than 1 week later. Out $130.00.

Everything was done in a timely manner.

I didn't have any water coming into the house one morning and called this company. They were very helpful in trying to help me figure out what to do by myself (to save money). After spending an entire day without success, I called them back and they sent out 2 very nice, friendly and hardworking gentlemen who took care of the problem. Even though they had to work in the cold and got wet, they never slowed down or complained. I highly recommend this company.

They contacted me immediately and came out the next day, they were able to fix it that day

They came out when said they would twice. All four repairmen I dealt with where polite and professional. The bill came out a little higher than was originally quoted but I understand its hard to give a totally accurate quote over the phone. I'm satisfied and would recommend them.

This was the first time we had well work and I am pleasantly surprised with the swift response and resolution to the problem. The crew was great as well as the office. I would use them again if needed!

Metamora responded within 15 minutes of my inquiry in Home Advisor. The had Percy come out within 2 hours. He assessed the problem and quickly fixed the issue. He clearly explained what was needed to be done and proceeded to fix it. Will recommend him and the company to neighbors. Nice work

Metamora Water came out the same day as my call to estimate repairs. I had three other companies come out. Metamora was the only company to actually pull up my pump and inspect it. Which ended up saving me over a thousand dollars. The other companies decided my pump was the issue, which it was not. The underground fitting had gone bad. My work was completed the next day. They were in and out, showed me the corroded fittings and made a reasonable effort to clean up my yard.

After searching on a weekend for someone to come out Metamora answered the call. They came out and made the repair, restoring my water in a timely fashion. They were very informative, clean and respectful.

I was very happy with contractor, they response to my request promptly and was very professional. The pricing was great
