I almost rated 4.5 so people reviewing this would take it seriously. But I decided to rate all 5 s because I am extremely pleased with this company and their service. This will be the company I go back to if I require other services.

This company called back quickly, and came out within a couple hours. They were professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They are at the top of our list.

Good people that did a good job. I had no idea these things cost so much. The installer who is the owner, Shawn, hit me with a little bit of a surprise by adding $50 on that was not included in my estimate. Understandable though. All in all satisfied

If I could give a rating higher than five stars, I would. Our well pump was not working, it wouldn't generate enough pressure for the pressure switch to turn it off. Kimmer and Austen from Metamora Water Service arrived to give us a second opinion. They quickly discovered that the well pump casing had a hole in it, so the water was just recirculating and going nowhere. This confirmed what I had suspected and we hired them on the spot. Within two hours they were nearly done with the entire job. They were very quick, efficient, and answered any and all questions we had. The cost was not any higher than other quotes we had. I would, without a moment's hesitation hire them again, and cannot more strongly recommend them to anyone that needs services that they provide.

They were amazing. They came right away and tried to fix the pupmp (which they did) and didn't make us replace it which would have cost us $2500 - $2700. The total bill ws $320 and it was extemely fair. The technician, Sean, was very nice and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company!

The service tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand the principles of operation of my system. The diagnosis of the problem was efficient and the corrective action was effective. Very professional.

I knew nothing about well services. The whole team made me feel comfortable and helped tremendously with a sorely need education. They came to the house and replaced a well tank within 8 hours. Kimmer and Al did a neat, clean, efficient replacement. Thank you and Metamora is now on speed dial!

The project was well done. The quality of work was excellent. It did take a bit longer than expected as they ran into a problem with the connection to the pressure tank. Very satisfied with the final results.

I had sand stone coming in my toilet tanks. Called Metamora service. Got some advice what to do myself and it worked. No need for them to come out. He was excellent on the phone with me. He would come out if need be but he saved me a ton of money by doing one little thing myself. If there is ever a problem again I will definitely call Metamora water service!
