Came out the same day as we had no water in our home. It turned out to be a faulty switch on the well pump. Very reasonable.

They were quick to respond. Came out right away. Got it done! i like when people work as hard as I do. Great company.

We called the office in the AM with a water pressure issue. They told us a time that a technician would arrive. Customer Service Rep Jacob showed up that day with a solution. He replaced the water pump and explained why the old one had failed. He then adjusted the pressure on our tank. We now have great water pressure. Outstanding job!

Called me within five minutes of HomeAdvisor request even though it was before 7am! She suggested running the water through hose for two hours to make sure problem was not related to the recent heavy rains. She called back after the two hours to find out the result. The water was much clearer and I decided we didn't need service. Later in the day, I noticed we were still getting grey water and called back. They said that someone would be out and gave an approximate time. When they couldn't make it by that time, she called back ahead of time to let me know of delay. I received another call to let me know they were on their way. When the team arrived, they were able to determine our issue, spent time to make sure the water was acceptable and provided some general information for the future. No sales pitches for unnecessary services.

We called Metamora when our water stopped running in May. Stacy (the woman who answered the phone) told us how we might be able to fix the problem ourselves. We were very appreciative, and were able to get the water running again right away. We had to do that a few times during the next 8 weeks, when we finally decided we needed a more permanent solution. We call Metamora again, and they came out the next day with a new bladder tank. Within an hour the water was up and running, with better pressure than we've ever had before! We were impressed by the way we were taken care of by Stacy and the techs who installed the tank. We will use Metamora again if we have any water or septic problems.

contacted Home Advisor via Email and within minutes I was contacted by Metamora Water service. Percy and Jake were the Techs very knowledgeable and knew where the problem was. within one hour I had running water in the house and was expecting the worst but totally surprised by by how little I was charged!!!! Great job guys and Thank You!!!!

They came out immediately on Memorial Day weekend. Jake was wonderful explained the problem repaired the pipe checked my pressure tank changed my water softener filter. He was simply the best. Thank you so much and the price was very reasonable.

They walked me through exactly what what was going on, why it happened, and what they were going to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced service call, parts and labor. The two men who came to help with my well issue were prompt, professional and capable. Within an hour they had diagnosed and fixed my minor problem. The fee was very reasonable and less than I had expected. Our morning showers were strong, verifying the repair. I would definitely call them again if needed.
