john is a true professional and his work is precise. But be careful if the job is not done right and john leaves he will never come back no matter how many times you call him some times he wont even answer the phone. Called him the next day and had a bit of a problem with the borders, he said he would be right out and never showed up called several more times and he never would answer the phone. be careful with this one

The gentleman came over and we agreed over the price. He said he'd come but then he didn't so my father-in-law had to fix the fencing himself. After I approved of the quote, I told him I needed a new hatch for my crawl space but he didn't want to do that job. He just said he didn't really know how he would construct it any other way than it was. It seemed to me that he was picking and choosing only what he wanted to do.

John did good work and in a timely manner, but be sure you spell out exactly what you want done and don't make any assumptions. My only disappointment was in the Side Garage door that I asked him to paint. I asked him to paint it and assumed that he would sand it first, but he did not. Perhaps I should have told him that I wanted the door sanded before painting, but I think he should have asked about that. The job was done in late fall and time was of the essence, so that was a contributing factor. Like I said, spell out exactly what you want done, and you should be happy with the work.

John did a lot of high quality work in quite a short time. Arrived on time, cleaned up after work. The cost of service included the cost of a new water pressure tank. Very impressed with his professionalism. Very easy to deal with. Definitely recommend him !

John arrived when he said he would, worked here about 7 hours and completed everything. He was efficient and cleaned up afterwards. If he needed something, he went to the store to get what was necessary to complete the job. We would recommend John to others as well as using his services again in the future.

John and Brad were excellent. They were always on time and very professional. Complete tear out and remodel of kitchen. Installed new cabinets with crown moulding and trim rails, porcelain tile, tumbled marble backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, recessed lighting installed, new patio door, installed drywall, painted, new plumbing, installed all new appliances, etc... He was very detail-oriented and did wonderful wood work. He made some trim pieces out of the extra moulding to dress up the refrigerator panel and dishwasher panel. If he installed granite, I would have had him do that as well. He has completed work at my brother-in-law's home several times before and I am so glad they referred him to me! I am glad that I was able to see his work because I had another handyman lined up and I do not regret going with John the Handyman. He may have a wait list until he can get to you but this is because he does a great job... but it is so worth it to wait for him. He does a phenomenal job! I already am wanting him to side my home and do some work on the garage...he does everything!! I may have to wait because my sister-in-law wants him back to remodel their bathrooms. I also am planning on having him remodel my bathroom next year.

He was reasonably priced, very professional, and did great work. He completed the work quickly and did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend him to others and will use him again in the future.
