For the last 3 years or so, they come once a week and mow the lawn. They're quick, clean, and efficient. My mom's very impressed with the results and gets compliments from the neighbors. Since she's happy, I'm happy. The most I have to interact with them is when I send them a check. They come, they mow, I pay. That's the best kind of business relationship.

Dennis and worker were on time but I had to wait about a month from first call. Forgot 2 things I wanted done but overall did a good job.

We were happy with the overall look of the lawn and trim however they were just not dependable. They told us they would mow once a week, which our lawn requires because it grows so quickly especially with the rain, but typically they would not show up for 10 days or longer. With the rain and the long grass came more mosquitos etc....They were not professional as we were constantly calling the owner to find out when they were going to arrive to mow, instead of the owner calling us to let us know there was a change in plans. At one point the owner was arguing with me on the phone about his 76 accounts and finding the time to do our lawn. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the owner and expected things would change but again the service did not arrive when expected and we never received a call to let us know of any change in plans. We were obviously not important to his large business. As an added note, we always paid in a timely manner usually on the same day of service.

Our push mower died at the end of last season and spring snuck up on us this year before we bought a replacement. As a result of all the rain we've had early this spring, our lawn had grown beyond the capabilities of a little push mower (even a new one). Last week, I called another company to see if they would give us a quote for a one-time mowing to get us started for the season and they did not return my call. I called DB Lawn Service, and Dennis called me back within a couple of minutes, and since he wasn't far away, came right over and gave me an estimate. The estimate was more than fair, as our lawn was an overgrown nightmare. He came out yesterday and cut our lawn and it looks great. We have recently had an excavator in our back yard to do some septic work, and we have deep ruts through the middle of our backyard that we're not going to repair until the septic work is complete...DB Lawn Service was able to work around our bumpy, uneven backyard and trim our lawn despite the shape it's in. They did a great job and we'd definitely use them again and recommend them.

They came and mowed the lawn whenever it needed it and my mother was very happy with the results. Each mow only took about 10 minutes, and they neatly trimmed the edges. At the end of the summer, I got a bill for the entire season, and I was happy with the price and service overall.

The day I called for an estimate, I left a message and he returned my call almost immediately. Came by same day to give an estimate. Completed the job about 3 weeks later, when time and weather permitted. Accommodating and easy to work with.

He cleaned up any and all mess, removed all excess debris. I could not even tell he had been here; other than that the shrubs looked a lot better. I called them yesterday about a cut; he was nice enough to let me know that he is booked up; but he will do what he can to fit me in. He is very professional, pleasant, and clean. No complaints whatsoever!
