Aladdin's Cleaning & Restoration

So far, we advent had any problems. They did an excellent job. I didn’t see any sign of any molds left after they were done. The cause of the mold was some previous construction that we had done in 2005 and it was not done correctly. So we had everything opened up, you could see the molds everywhere and they cleared every spec out, I had inspected it myself. It was well done.

They were the best restoration company I have ever used. Immediate action after call and very efficient crew. Everything was back in order in three days, including blinds and cornice boards. I would always call Aladdin's in the future.

Their pricing was reasonable. They did a really good job. I would definitely recommend them. They have all the insights about other things not just your carpet. They can clean out your air vents, your hardwood floors and that kind of stuff.

We were a victim of the loss of power in Southeastern Michigan on December 22. Our sump pump back up system worked until the battery ran down and then water began to back up from everywhere on Dec 23. I called Aladdin from Angie's List. They would not come out on Christmas Day. We went and bought a generator to keep the sump pump going. Aladdin came in on Dec 26th about 2:30 PM. They were here until a little after 7:00 PM. They moved furniture away from the wall, Said it could not be saved, so removed 30 yards of 5 year old Berber carpeting and pad and removed it from the premises. They then sprayed a biochemical for bacteria in the basement...this bacteria treatment alone costs $750. Because they came so late, we were charged overtime hours. Aladdin brought in 8 huge fans at a rental cost of $96 an hour for the next 3 days and nights....also another machine as an industrial dehumidifier at an additional cost. This was all plugged into my electricity, at my expense, of course. Aladdin also drilled holes in the base of the walls, after tearing the baseboard off to hasten drying. Not all the floor or carpet was wet. .I am glad to have a dry basement. But, I will never hire this company again....not will any member of my family or friends. The charges were way out of line. This is taking advantage of people who have had a huge trama happen. I have since found other companies who do this sort of work. I am now left with holes to get patched and walls to paint....to say nothing about replacing something on the floor....and $4500 poorer. As a Senior Citizen, I found Aladdin the most expensive company for return of service....never again.

I have been using this company for many years and am always pleased with the outcome. They are prompt on the date they come to clean. Their workers are very courteous and get right down to work. A great deal of effort is put into any stains they come across. They move the furniture so that every area of the carpet is cleaned. When they are all done, they and quot;rakeand quot; the carpet and it all looks so new. They do not over-power your home environment with strong chemical smells from the carpet shampoo and stain removers. Your furniture is moved back in place with pieces of styrofoam under the legs of couches, chairs, tables, etc... so that the damp carpet surface is not absorbed. Instructions are clear as to what to do while your carpet is drying. Setting up a date and time was also very easy when I called. This company also calls you just before they arrive so that you know exactly when they will arrive.

Aladdins made everything easier and they had compassion for our dilemma. They took out a huge heavy couch and they really didn't have to do that. They got rid of a lot of stuff they really didn't need to take out. They were VERY courteous.
