I wish there was a 6 start rating because when it comes to the service they provide, they delivered way beyond my expectations. It started with the great attitude by June at the office. her quoting was fast, accurate and simple to understand. She provided a low end and high end price quotes so i knew what to expect. i was worried at first when they quoted me less than half of what others did but they ended up being right on the mark. It continued with their flexibility to accommodate my needs. i got into a last minute issue and had to reschedule less than 24 hours before the move itself. They returned my call on a Sunday and rescheduled my move exactly as i needed. On the day of the move i was serviced by Mahad and Aweis. Super nice guys who kept me informed throughout the process. they were hard workers and nailed my move within the low side of the price quote. All items made it safely in one piece, they were careful about my walls and left no damage behind. I truly appreciate a service provided that under promises and over delivers. if you're looking for a mover, do yourself a favor, save time and call these guys now. Thanks guys. I will be delighted to work with you again .

The receptionist, June, was so friendly and personable. She made me feel confident in hiring Your Friends. The movers were very personable and careful. They took care in everything and were skilled at moving even the trickiest furniture through the door. It has snowed the day before and despite my shoveling, the wind had blown snow back into the path to my door. One of the movers grabbed a shovel and did it for me. They were also super fast and affordable. If I ever move again, I would call Your Friends in a heartbeat.

It went great. They were responsive & flexible in scheduling. They were prompt, skilled and efficient. I'd hire them again in a minute.

Austin and Seth showed up on time, and work efficiently to move these large tables quickly and professionally. They were both very willing to accommodate our requests, and did so in a very friendly, helpful manner. They took extra care with the pieces, and were prompt on delivery as well. The price was better than the competition, and actually came out lower than originally quoted. Will definitely be calling them again!

My husband and I wanted to support a small local business for our move from Lansing to Haslett. We read the great reviews for Your Friends Moving and set up an in person home estimate to determine the number of trips, time, and cost of the move. The estimate was inaccurate and we experienced a couple of other issues. However, when I contacted the company to let them know, Joe went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

I was impressed from start to finish with Your Friends Moving. My son found the company on Yelp living in Chicago and coordinated the move for me. Tyler was very responsive with email and phone communications. The crew was on time and did an amazing job loading and unloading my items, taking such great care. A table of mine was damaged, but an acceptable resolution was promptly reached to take care of it. I would use the company again!

Wow! This outfit and experience simply could not have been more perfect. After an incredibly shoddy experience with Two Men and a Truck, I found Your Friends here on Angie's List and we could not be happier. They arrived spot on time and before I could turn around they had all of the furniture covered in moving blankets and shrink-wrapped. I could hardly believe how quickly they worked. Special requests were handled easily. The crew was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. And the pre-move estimate was exactly right. I will never call another moving company again. I am delighted.

Cody and Spencer handled my move. They did a wonderful job. The entire move was 8.5 hours. They took great care of all my items and packed them like a puzzle into the moving truck. They moved quickly and barely took a break. They were personable and professional. I'm very impressed by the job they did and will definitely recommend them would certainly use them again.

They were punctual, professional, and completely hard working! We couldn't believe how hard they worked, and how fast and carefully they loaded our belongings. Casey and Cody were completely awesome! We don't plan on moving again, but if we did, Our Friends would be the company for us!

I was very impressed from the initial contact to end of delivery. They could accommodate my schedule, and more impressively, they arrived EXACTLY when they said they would. Both of the employees were polite, efficient and answered every question. Because of my very old house with narrow doors, some geometry and door removal had to happen. They both remained positive and professional through this concern. The price was very much well worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I was sincerely impressed by the service provided by this company. I made an unusual request, never hearing of them before, that they provide proof of insurance. They arrived on time, with the proof of insurance, and proceeded to begin the job. Two young men properly and neatly dressed for the job finished it in one-half hour. Their add in Angie's list said they offer a $25 senior citizen discount...and they lived up to that with no qualms. This job would have taken my wife and I all day, not including the ride to ER. Can't say enough positive things about Your Friends Movers. I would recommend them for any move, big or small.

This is my third professional move, and was by far the best. We are a family of six and have a lot of stuff! A week before my move they called me to confirm the timing. The morning of the move they arrived on time and before they started, they asked me to show them the house. I walked through the entire house pointing out specifics about what needed to move and they were very attentive. They dressed professionally and right away I could tell there was a real focus on customer service that you don't find with many companies anymore. They worked very hard and quickly the whole day. They finished unloading the truck and I could tell after 11 hours of non-stop packing, loading, and unloading they were ready to call it a day, but they took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and offered to help with the unpacking. They were very careful with all of my furniture and boxes, and protected the floors with runners. That Monday at work everyone asked me how the move went and I couldn't say enough good things about You're Friends Moving. I would highly recommend. Very good customer service and very good price.

They were late by a couple of hours. But I was getting updates on the status of their arrival by phone which was good. Two guys arrived at my apartment. They were very friendly and professional and got to work quickly. They completed the work in about 5hrs. I was very impressed with how they handled the job and will definitely recommend them!!

I have had a very good experience with them. I will call them back. Their price was reasonable. They were right on time. I was very impressed by them.

My wife and I had our final inspection, two closings, and a complete move from a 3 bedroom home and 10x10 storage unit to a mile and a half away. A little nervous about doing everything in one day I'd called Joe at Your Friends several times, making sure he'd be able to do everything in one day while my wife and I were away. I had family coordinating things, but everything went seamlessly. The movers showed up on time and worked diligently. They loaded their truck very efficiently and unloaded it efficiently as well. We ended up not being able to put the storage unit in the truck so we had to get that after unloading the homes contents. They put everything were I asked without complaint, even though there were some pretty tough items including a pull out sofa, HUGE treadmill, and very awkward work bench going down 15 stairs to my basement around a pretty tricky curving staircase. Everything went well. There was only one drop, which was inconsequential and came after 12.5 hours of moving. If I'd moved our home, I'd've dropped way more. There were also a few scratches on the wall, but were to be expected given the difficulty of the move. At 25% less than the famous competition and waaay more less than others I found, I can honestly say I highly recommend Your Friends moving service.
