Description of Work: They removed a maple tree in my front yard and ground up the roots that had spread around the tree and beyond. They cleaned everything up and were done in an hour and a half. I would recommend them to anyone because of their service and price.

Description of Work: Called them to trim pine trees and limbs over garage. They came on time and did a great job. Only thing I noticed as this is the second time we have had them is they left limbs to be picked up by a second party who again failed to pick them up. A call to them resulted in the pick up of the limbs in a few days. Did not do a comparison of price as theirs seemed reasonable.

Description of Work: I had a dead tree in my back yard (probably about 30-35ft tall) that was leaning into my neighbor's yard quite a bit. This is a small family-owned business, which really helped me decide to go with Wiseman. When I called, Dara (I believe was her name) was very nice and professional. She had her husband come look at the tree & give me a quote shortly after. Within two weeks, some of their employees came to cut the tree down...but they were told by Mark (the owner) to wait until the next day for him to supervise the process. I really appreciated that, especially since the tree could've done a lot of damage to my neighbor's deck & garage! They came first thing in the morning the next day and only took a couple hours. | |My only qualm is that we agreed on them taking a pile of wood from the back for $75 extra. Turns out, Wiseman puts all of the wood from your tree in your front yard and (as I understand Mark to mean) some man not affiliated with the company comes by and picks it up within a couple days. My wood was all gone by the end of the day because random people kept stopping by and taking a few pieces for firewood. Well, This isn't necessarily a complaint about Wiseman, but I wish I would've known that before I agreed to pay the extra money, because I could've just moved that wood from my backyard to my front yard and saved the extra $75!

Description of Work: Removed two very overgrown upright yews, trimmed large crabapple away from power lines and removed deadwood, and cut back an overgrown weeping cherry. |They chipped and hauled away all debris, and did a great job of cleaning up the yard when finished. | |Mr. Wiseman and his crew are friendly and professional, and intent on pleasing the customer. Description of Work: Excellent service, the provider was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and they were able to provide the service I needed quickly despite being very busy with other clients. I would definitely recommend to others and use their services again.

Description of Work: Tasked to grind stumps and chip up branches. It took a while to get them out here. Once here, they did the grinding OK. They did a terrible job chipping up the branches. Most of them were shredded with long woody pieces. They gave up on the last small pile of branches, which is still there.

Description of Work: I had a very large, tall swamp willow removed from my backyard. This was all done by hand as my yard configuration did not allow for equipment. The tree had power and cable lines running through it and was 20 feet from the house. Mark and his crew did an excellent job of removing the tree along with trimming storm damage from a nearby large maple. In addition, scrub trees and brush were removed. Wiseman was the only company that was willing to remove the willow. They were professional, cleaned up nicely, and were great to work with. I will use them again in the future. |

Description of Work: The owner of Wiseman gave me an estimate for extensive tree trimming after a once-in-a-century ice storm brought down a high percentage of trees and portions of trees. Due to the demand on his services, it took him awhile to get to me. Another service-provider jumped to taking down whole trees and Wiseman gave me multiple options for retaining as many trees as possible. Because of his respect for my trees, I have three extra trees that would have been forfeited by the other guy.

Description of Work: We have used them 3 different times and were very happy each time. The are very nice and easy to work with. We would gladly use them again in the future if there were a need for tree service.

Description of Work: They took down two pines, ground out the stumps and trimmed a couple of maples and hauled all the debris away. They did a great job in minimal time. Mr. Mayhoe is very friendly and polite and he has a lot of tree knowledge. I would surely use them again.

Description of Work: Trimmed a few trees. These are super folks, skilled at climbing, tree trimming and removal without the impact of heavy equipment. I am a forester, and in my opinion, they did safe and excellent work. I have recommended them highly to others.

Description of Work: Our experience w/Wiseman was wonderful. They are very considerate and they are very neat and easy to talk to. You can ask them anything. They are also very creative in difficult situations. I'm Donny's wife and I'm giving the evaluation - husband not well, but he was impressed, also.
