Description of Work: These folks are very good at carefully trimming trees. They do not use big bucket trucks, but hand climb the trees and rope down the cut branches. So, they can work safely in tight areas and their costs are lower. This is a family business and they know that their personal welfare rides on doing a good job for their customers. They have done work for me and I've seen them work for several of my neighbors - always a good outcome and satisfied customers. I'd hire them again and regularly recommend them to neighbors and friends without reservation.

Description of Work: removed dead branches from sugar maple in front yard and small lower branches from Norway maple. removed lower branches from sycamore tree in backyard. This was the third year I had them trim my trees. They do a good job of picking up the small branch debris on the ground (unlike another larger company I had used previously).

Description of Work: This company's owner and crew came out to remove trees and parts of trees that fell during an ice storm during the winter months. I was reluctant to cut down two entire trees so he helped me understand what cutting could be done while still saving the tree. Description of Work: Friendly, great prices and thorough work. They safely cut down a '50 Elm close to my house, and growing on a chain link fence. It was cut low to the ground & flat enough I can put a planter on it this summer. Plus they took the all wood, an old brush pile and my neighbors brush pile (from my tree though!), then raked and blew the chips away in both yards. My property looks so much nicer. Thanks Mark & sons-plus it looks like you got another job from my neighbor on the other side of my house while you were working! Good going & good luck in the future. Have a great 2013!  + -1 moreWe have used the services of Mark Mayhoe and his crew for several years and consider Mark a real expert in tree removal. When I couldn't see how he was going to have the tree fall between the fence and the neighbor's garage without some damage to either or both, I voiced my concern, but he just smiled and said, "Don't worry. It will be fine." He was absolutely right. It came down EXACTLY where he planned. He is fast and efficient. He and his crew do excellent work and we think they are the best in the area. His prices are very reasonable, and we highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreThey did the job quickly, courteously, and efficiently. Cleaned up well. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended. I also want to mention how we found this company. My wife drove by them while they were felling a tree and asked if they would consider donating the wood chips (they were putting the tree through a wood chipper) to use on her daycare-preschool playground. Not only did they donate the chips, they delivered them for free, and then a few months later donated another load. This company is very customer-orientated. The owner has many years of experience as a tree-trimming pro and has developed excellent business skills. We highly recommend them.

 + 0 moreThey are unbelievably professional. They can drop a tree dead in its tracks. No body can beat his prices either. They cut up the trees and stacked them for me. They chipped all the brush and blew it back into the woods. The guy really knows what he is doing. He is really knowledgable and takes trees down in a very scientific manner. He knows exactly where the tree will fall and very careful.
