Description of Work: I have used Wiseman on more than one occasion. They were recommended to me by two different people. They were professional, on time, and priced well. I will be using them again this summer for clean up of my backyard. In the past they have cut down a lot of overgrown trees, pulled weeds and cleaned out my flower beds that I don't maintain very well and put down mulch.

Description of Work: A tree in my backyard was trimmed and one tree in my front yard was trimmed. This is the third time that they have trimmed my trees. They have ALWAYS done a great job of cleaning up the small twigs and tree debris on the ground from the trimmed tree.(Unlike another business in Lansing that had trimmed my trees in the past and left a mess on the ground.)

Description of Work: Mark Wiseman came out and gave me an estimate for tree services on the common areas of a neighborhood association. He was a teacher and described well what needed to be done and was extremely informative about the trees and their care. Before scheduling the work we had another meeting with neighbors who are paying dues members. Mark came out again to meet with everyone and reiterate what he would do and built up good will with everyone so they would agree the homeowners association was doing the right thing with the funds available. On the day the work was scheduled, Mark came out with his crew to oversee the work and then left them to complete it. They were thorough and polite.

Description of Work: The service went fine. I used them a few years ago and they did a great job. I would hired the company again.

Description of Work: We have a ten acre woodlot. A severe ice storm left a large amount of downed branches (some quite large). Wiseman's crew chipped up the tree litter, cut down two large trees, trimmed back a tall oak overhanging an electric line, and also dropped a large limb and a "hanger" overhanging the house. In one case where it was not possible to bring the chipper to a very large brush pile, the crew dragged the brush some distance to the chipper. The crew worked quickly and professionally, did a good job of cleaning up the brush piles, and were pleasant to work with. I was satisfied with the cost which was about the same as the estimate from another company. I will use Wiseman in the future.

Description of Work: Took out 2 Cedar Shrubs. Could not pull them out as I had hoped, but cut them down to almost ground level. Will have to remove the rocks and call them back to grind stumps. Thank you!

Description of Work: Took down a huge tree in our front yard which was very close to our house and inches from our well head. Also removed a tree in our backyard close to the house. They were very professional, prompt, and clean up was great. They were able to cut the large tree before it dropped it's leaves per my request. I'll have more work for them in the spring!

Description of Work: The whole process from the bid to the work to follow up was professional and efficient. And you can't beat the price! They took down a neighbor's tree that was damaging my roof for less than $250 and trimmed back four tall trees on my property for $225. When I'm ready to have the trees completely removed, I am calling them!

Description of Work: Mark's crew removed a diseased crab apple, trimmed a mature ash, and chipped accumulated branches and brush. We have used Wiseman several times and have always enjoyed the experience. They are response, professional and reasonable.
