Description of Work: I went in to Williams Kitchen and Bath to look at cabinets and talk about our new build. After giving our plans and layout to the manager to spec out with cabinets, he took almost two weeks to get back with me the first time, I gave him some changes, and then I never heard from him again.

 + -1 moreShe wasted a tremendous amount of our time, on a project that we were trying to get started quickly. The builder has been on hold with us while we found other suppliers for our kitchen remodel.
Description of Work: Our builder recommended that we meet with Amanda at Williams Kitchen and Bath to select our cabinets, coutertops, and sink, and also have her layout the new kitchen floor plan. We met with her once at the showroom and selected all of the styles we liked. She then scheduled an appointment to come out to the house to take measurments for the layout design. After her visit to the house she stated that she would have a design ready in a few days. I called her office and left a message for her after not hearing back from her in the time frame she told me. The next day I received an email that she had been busy but was still working on our project. It has now been over 3 weeks since she measured up the house and I have not received any more phone calls or emails from her.
