The Service Techs, CAP and Adam, were very professional and courteous. They worked non-stop every day. Exceptional workmanship! Very thorough! Before leaving each day, they rechecked all work done to verify no leaks and all working properly. Explained how each repair/replacement worked, giving me complete instructions on using each of the components and provided me with expert tips on maintaining each appliance/part worked on. Expert knowledge of all plumbing and heating. Cleaned up during and after repairs every day. When all work was completed, they rechecked everything one more time. I was very pleased with this company and will use them again to redo my bathrooms and to install mimi-split A/C units next year. I have an EnergyStar high efficiency gas fired hot water furnace/boiler with an on-demand hot water heater. A regular A/C unit isn't an option. I currently use a window A/C unit in the master bedroom during really hot/humid days/nights. Otherwise it's just fans! I definitely would recommend this company for its' integrity, workmanship, knowledge and experience. In my opinion, they should have an A+ rating.

When we first used them they gave us the most complete big on a project with all the details. It was not the lowest in price but close. The others were very vague about the details. They really did a nice job.

They were a little late (1/2 hr) due to mix up of tank being delivered vs picking it up. Estimated time to install was 4 hrs but it took 5 hrs. No extra was charged to us. They did a great job of cleaning up. They were the only company that returned our call. They said they would be there and complete the work on a given day which they did and there were no hidden costs. They were expensive but we feel that the job was done timely enough and done correctly.
