 + -1 moreI have a service contract which is very reasonable and the check AC in the Spring and the Furnace in the fall. They have been prompt, thorough, courteous, professional, respectful of your homes interior(wearing booties) and review their findings throughly with you.

 + -1 moreI am on an annual contract with them for $16.15 a month. They do the air conditioning system in the spring, and my heating system in the fall. I also get, oh I think it's like a 5 or 10% discount on any work that needs to be done beyond the normal annual check up kind of thing. That's all included in that $16.15 a month. They are very expert at what they do. When an appointment is scheduled, they arrive promptly and do their work quickly and well. It's always been very good, and I've been with them for about 3 years. The work is very good.
Description of Work: They did a tuning and inspection of my air conditioning system. It was an annual cleaning and tuneup.
