TruGreen Lawn Care - 5801

They are a very courteous company. They will call before they come out and they do come on time. They come in (and don't block my car in) and do their job. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable, if you have questions they are happy to answer them. My lawn looks beautiful, lush and dark green.

That's about all there is to it. My tiny shaded yard got hosed with stinky chemicals several times for a couple hundred dollars and nothing was accomplished.

They put down chemicals but it does not seem like it does any good. It does keep things under control. I have been using them since 2003. I am familiar with their way of doing things. They come and knock on the door, if no one answers they do their work, and then they leave a sign up. You can talk to them if they are out there. They will explain whatever you want. You can tell them what you want and they respond well. The price I am not happy with. It went up and seems expensive. I guess it is normal. I can't compare with anyone else. They are in and out pretty quick and they do a good job. They are pretty nice and they will go out of the way if you want them to.

Scotts Lawn Service is very informative and always responsive to my needs.

The results are great and I can really tell a difference in the appearance of my lawn.

They'll usually change their price to make it better for you by first offering you a set price. If you talk to them, you can talk them down to something lower. The workers are friendly and professional. I don't have to be home for them to do the work. I will continue to use them for future service.

Scott's is good in general but I would say that maybe other people should always double check their bills from them. We were overcharged once. When we explained what happened to them, they were more than accommodating and that was nice. You just always want to be sure that you are being charged for services they actually did for you. In general, we are pleased. They do good work and relieve us from having to worry about our lawn so we're pretty happy overall.

I had high hopes for this as my yard was very shaded. I was assured grass would grow full and lush, even in the shaded areas. For the next three months, a truck pulled up and hosed my yard for about 15 minutes with a very smelly chemical. Absolutely nothing promised happened, though it did help a little with my weeds. The shaded areas stayed patchy, the fuller sections were not improved. Since then I have received over two dozen phone calls for more "special offers." I now have their calls blocked, though I still receive mail from them.

I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY DOES. I AM ALSO SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE THAT THEY OFFERED ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCITING. TRU GREEN EMPLOYEES ARE ANIMAL FRIENDLY AND THAT IS A PLUS. THEY DO A GREAT JOB OF KEEPING MY YARD GREEN ALL YEAR AROUND. THE EMPLOYEES WILL TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING THAT YOU WANT TO KNOW.

THIS COMPANY IS REALLY GOOD AT THEIR JOB. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND GOT THE WORK DONE QUICKLY. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. I REALLY ENJOY THEIR SERVICES.

THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COME BY MY HOME EVERY SIX WEEKS. THEY DO NOT ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY SOMETIMES FORGET TO MOW THE BACKYARD BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS IN A HURRY. THE PRICE SHOULD DROP LIKE TWENTY DOLLARS FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DO.

WE HAVE A BIG LAWN AND HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH BUGS. THIS COMPANY DOES A GREAT JOB ON THE LAWN AND ELIMINATED THE PROBLEM. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID, AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND DO A REALLY GREAT JOB. I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE WAY MY LAWN LOOKS. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. I HAVE HAD ONLY ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM AND THAT IS BECAUSE THEY PUT TO MUCH WEED KILLER DOWN AND IT KILLED MY FLOWERS. THEY WERE MORE CAREFUL AFTER THAT.

I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I USED THEM THREE TIMES AND THEY BURNT MY GRASS UP. I HAVE INVESTED A LOT OF MONEY IN MY LAWN AND, THEY RUINED IT.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THESE GUYS. THEY COME OUT AND DO GREAT WORK. MY LAWN LOOKS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THESE GUYS, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DO A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON MY LAWN. I NEVER GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE JOB. THEY DO IT IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND I THINK THEY ARE GREAT.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CALL ME TWO DAYS BEFORE, SO THAT I CAN KEEP MY CAT INSIDE AND SO WE WERE READY FOR THEM. THEY LEAVE FLAGS TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE THERE, SO WE WOULDN'T BE IN THE GRASS.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY DO EXTREMELY GOOD WORK. THEY ARE NICE GUYS AND THEY HAVE NEVER GAVE ME ANY PROBLEMS OVER THE LAST YEAR THAT I HAVE USED THEM. I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

WE HAD THE BEST LAWN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD UNTIL THEY CAME ALONG. WE USED THEIR SERVICES TWICE AND EACH TIME THEY BURNT THE GRASS. THEY OFFERED SOME REAL CHEAP SERVICES, BUT THEY COULDN'T HELP OUR LAWN. WE HAVE NEVER USED THEM AGAIN.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB AT MAKING SURE EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT I FEEL THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH FOR THE SIZE OF MY YARD. I HAVE NO PROBLEM GETTING A HOLD OF THIS COMPANY AND THEY COME EVERY TIME THEY SAY THEY WILL.

I HAVE USED THEM A FEW TIMES IN THE PAST. I REALLY LIKE HOW THEY DO THEIR BUSINESS. THEY COME TO THE HOUSE AND GET RIGHT TO WORK. I KNOW THAT I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE.
