+ -1 moreI took my non-functioning hard drive into Trouble Shooters on 10/1/12. After a few hours I was told that the drive was completely non-recoverable; and, that a $1200-1500 recovery was necessary if I wanted data only. Not true. I took my hard drive over to Vertex computer in Frandor. They got not only the data but EVERY program perfectly. It has worked error-free for two days now. I contacted Trouble shooter again to relate my experience and they seemed blown away. The guy who answered the phone said, "...boy, we both worked on it too" I did not ask for a refund whatsoever. Beware this business. Never again will use Trouble shooters. They either do not have the correct training, experience or honesty to service computer troubles.
