+ 0 moreLandis came out and gave me an estimate about 3 weeks before we ended up doing the work. When we decided to get the work done we were on a pretty strict time table and they were able to accommodate us no problem. In addition, they were the ONLY company we called for an estimate that was actually on time. Once work on the furnace had begun, they realized that the water heater was not installed properly and needed to be replaced to be up to code. Because we weren't expecting that expense, they were kind enough to charge us cost for the new water heater, saving us about $400. Although we haven't had the opportunity to test out the new heater and water heater extensively (we haven't even moved into the house yet), as far as we could tell they did a great job. Professional and courteous and great to work with! And their estimate was by far the best one we got.
Description of Work: We had a new high efficiency furnace installed in our newly purchased home. We also ended up installing a new water heater as well.
