This company is excellent. They were extremely professional,efficient ,courteous and careful of all of our belongings. They moved the furniture out of the room, rolled up the carpet, provided drop clothes on things that could not be removed. They were careful when sanding not to get dust everywhere.. They painted the entire ceiling to blend in and performed a lot of interior work that would be difficult for just a roofer to complete. When finished they swept the hardwood floor and replaced the furniture exactly where I wanted it. They were very patient with me to get the area rug and pad exactly lined up and where it needed to be.. Great group of guys , I would definitely recommend them and have them come back again if I needed more skylights..

He's a very good guy. We're really happy with the result. It was done efficiently. They were able to see us in the same week. he pointed the issue we have in the roof.

They were very quick and professional. They did a beautiful job installing the sun tunnel. The installation was smooth and good looking. It provided a lot of light, as advertised. The price was probably within the norm. They were on time.

Didn't have work done as I had planned due to outside variables for the tubing

The work seemed to be fine until some heavy rains tested the installation. After raining for most of the night, the following morning we realized that the newly installed skylight was leaking abundantly at its base. We called Superior Skylight Solutions and after a brief inspection they concluded that they were not responsible for the leak. We contacted a specialist from a major contractor/store in the area and they wrote a long list of all the mistakes and poor choices made by Superior Skylight Solutions during the installation process. When we asked them to address the problem, they did not stand by their 10/5 year warranty offered in writing. Needless to say that the owners of Superior Skylight Solutions are only "superior" in their own minds. I will never use this company again and neither will I suggest its services to anyone.

We first met Dave at a home improvement show in early March. Dave came out to the house a few days later. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable about his products. He provided a reasonable estimate and we signed the deal. Dave scheduled the work at my convenience so that I could be home when they were on site. The crew removed the old skylights, installed new ones, replaced the roof shingles and painted the inside skylight frames. They also removed the old electric attic fan and installed a new (and delightfully quit) solar attic fan. They kept the work area clean and hauled away all the trash. It was a pleasure to work with Dave and his crew.

Superior Skylights replaced 4 skylights (one of which had begun to leak) in our family room. They were extremely careful not to get any debris inside the room and removed all the old windows and roof material. They replaced the flashing and even corrected some deficiencies in the old roofing tar paper. I wish they were involved in some other housing repair business, because I would certainly use them.
