StayDry is a very experienced and ethical company. They have successfully repaired two leaks in our basement with their injection process. They were very professional and responsive to our needs. They also stand behind their work. I also wanted a full basement assessment thinking I had larger issues than the two leaks that we had so far. Dave, the owner, came out to do a professional inspection. I was ready to spend some money to solve my issues. However, he was very honest and said I donâ t think you have a basement issue. He did point out some air flow issues, which led to the drafts in my basement. I was thinking the air was coming from my basement walls and needed to be seal but he suggested better insulation and told me how to do it myself even though itâ s a service they offer. He was willing to do the work but his primary goal was to get the job done correctly at the most affordable price to me. He really wants the best outcome for his customers even if that means he is not making money. He truly understands the concept of a long-term relationship rather than making a quick sell. Dave and his company are amazing. If you have a water leaking issue, he will take care of it. If you donâ t have an issue, he will be very upfront and honest with you. Either way you will be very well served with StayDry basements. I highly recommend them.

After 5 years of functioning flawlessly, our float switch malfunctioned. I called the 800 number and their customer service tried to walk me through the repair. We were able to work out a temporary solution until the technician could repair the switch. Once the tech got to our house for repair, he was very courteous and professional. Due to Stay Dryâ s commitment to their customers, our basement never was in any danger of water penetration. Highly recommended! Thank you!

The process from first call to completed project was very smooth and painless. Randy handled the repair and he was excellent. Explained the entire process and fielded all questions. A real pro. I highly recommend the company and in particular Randy for your repair.

We had work done in 2016 with a life time warranty. We found a leak in one of the same spots repaired. I called them and Randy came out, repaired the leak and there was no charge. I was so very happy to know my basement is once again dry. Thanks Randy you are great.

In less than two years the main pump went out which was common, but the alarm kept going off on the pump spy battery backup. Starting at 9 p.m. I kept calling the emergency 24 HR number and the answering service kept saying somebody would call and nobody ever did. All night long the alarm was beeping and I had to stay up all night in the cold basement resetting it every 7 minutes. I had to have another company put a pump in for full price because Stay Dry manager was so rude to me. Six months later a very heavy rain poured water in and the basement flooded. I found out the pipe on the floor was not working and never had been because it was improperly installed uphill to the crock. Perry was the foreman on the job. He was also supposedly the night call person. Now the southwest corner wall has black mold in an 8-foot area on both sides, and they are telling me to scrub it and clean it with bleach myself and then paint it. I just want people to know that you will get no service if you have an emergency and if you just need a quick phone call to tell you how to reset an alarm or open the candy cane pipe to relieve water forget it. You will have a totally flooded basement with property damage for sure.

Randy came and did an excellent job. I watched him and he explained each procedure. Very courteous and said if for any reason it continued to leak (which he was very adamant that it would not) they would be out to fix whatever needed to be fixed. We would highly recommend this company. Wayne, the sales person, also was very informative. He was much more realistic in his assessment of our problem than the others. We had other companies come out and they wanted to practically tear our basement apart and charge us an arm or a leg to do so.

Randy did a very good job on sealing the four leaks on cement walls. Later we discovered that the reason for excessive water on outer walls. It was due to our well water pump was continually leaking water under ground five foot from the house. Luckily I looked outside when water came gushing up out of the ground.

The crew that came in did a great job. They were on time and professional.

They changed the installation date twice. I gave them a $2000 deposit and after I told them I didn't want to work with them anymore they refused to return my deposit.

I had StayDry install their waterproofing system back in 2008. Haven't had any issues with water since. However, the City of Lansing noticed that a permit wasn't pulled for their work. I've spent the last few months attempting to get StayDry to issue a permit. With the advice of a lawyer I refused the sign a hastily written 'contract' that was printed up in 10 minutes that would absolve them of any liability. When I refused to sign they refused to pull a permit for the work they did. I'm now working with the City of Lansing to get this fixed, but it'll likely cost me hundreds of dollars to make it legal. The inspectors noted that this was not the first issue they've seen with StayDry. I'm worried if they cut corners on getting a permit what other corners they may have cut. Buyer beware.

Crew was professional and did a great job. We had a sump pump and 40 feet of waterproofing done. Work was done in a day, workers were really clean, and we were very happy.

I hired Stay Dry on 5/23/18 to waterproof my basement. Basement still leaks in the same place as it did before the work. I filed a complaint with what needs to be done and sent pictures too. No calls or responds to email from anyone. I'm very unhappy with lack of Customer Service/ Sales and would still like for this problem to be resolved. After talking with the CEO, he went out of his way to help resolve the problems. Had some more work done and even schedule for a Saturday. It was nice to see that he made it right.

I originally left a bad review over a disagreement with a mid level supervisor of the company. The owner/senior management got wind of the problem and bent over backwards to make me happy with their product and service. The work is excellent and they put forth excellent effort to get it that way. Thank you Stay Dry.

They completed the work in a professional and timely manner

The professional most qualified was sent on the recovery team. I state this because he had a different plan than what was stated on the contract. His years of experience on the job gave him insights that the original missed. However, I do have a dry basement, and even though it might have been done somewhat differently due to the high water table in my area, I remain dry for the first time ever. I appreciate all the effort of the original team, several of whom were new to the job. They explained that training was on site, and it was a flood situation in June. This was not an easy job, and much creativity was involved to secure a dry basement. I just looked at my first PUMP SPY online report: this is amazing and affords peace of mind. This was a learning experience for me!

The young man who did the work was professional, polite and seemed to know what he was doing.
