They didn't rebuild the bottom step to my basement as was promised by the salesperson. The step had to be removed to complete the job, but they promised to fix it afterwards. Not a major issue, but it made me question their integrity a bit. The drain material they installed against my wall was also a bit wavy in areas. I feel that they could've done a better job with that. The job also took a day longer than promised. Other than that, it performs as advertised.

Original estimate was what we paid. The individual who came to do the work was neat and clean and careful to clean up He had to come back a second time as I found another leak, came and repaired it at no extra cost.... I would highly recommend this company ....

Strong personalities and experienced backgrounds in each individual I encountered from the initial salesman to the final workman. I think they did a superior job and in a most efficient amount of time. I would definitely highly recommend them. Expensive process but competitive in price and ready to stand by their guarantee.

Did great work. Had water leaking from basement windows...They dug a french drain, put window wells in, caulked, regraded and put some barrier in. At first I actually still had water issues and they weren't giving me a warranty since they didn't necessarily want to do the work anyway. I called up and they came out again and fixed everything. Have been water free for over a year. Still would recommend them

Very fast response and solution.

Workers came on time every day. They were very courteous and friendly stoping to answer any questions I had on the working they were preforming. They also were very respectful of my property, protecting furniture and items with plastic. Clean-up was preformed after each day's work. I had a pleasant experience from the salesman to the hard laborer.

Workers friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Work was done in 1-day and they respected my home and property. Very good customer service from the person who wrote the contract to the workers who performed the work. Very pleased with the outcome.

Responded promptly with an estimate and then scheduled the repair within a few more days. repair was fully explained and it was done well.

Bill was extremely knowledgeable and provided a great deal of information during the foundation inspection. Fortunately no major issues were found and he didn't try to push any unneeded work. Should I need any work done in the future, I will definitely call.

I thought Matt Brown from Stay Dry was outstanding. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board is because, with basement waterproofing, it may be years before you determine whether a quality job was done or you good great value for the money. I can say that Matt made the process easy to understand, answered all my questions thoroughly, and completed the job quickly and professionally. I fully expect to be happy with the results of the work performed by Stay Dry.
