Stay Dry encapsulated my crawl space. There was a nasty musty odor coming from the crawl space before the job. Immediately after the job the odor is gone. The space was fully insulated. I expect that there will be a noticible difference in the winter too. Great job, professional crew. Well worth the money. We're not the least expensive bidder but they were using superior materials and methods. Worth the additional money.

Stay Dry performed a fantastic job sealing cracks in my basement walls. From their representative to the craftsman who actually performed the work, everyone was professional, friendly and communicated every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. I had received lower bids for the job, however the Stay Dry staff was so accommodating it was easy for me to pick them for the job. I am so glad that I did.

Nice crew. You get what you pay for. This means that I thought the price was high, but it was a professional job and very well completed project. The crawl space is spotless now, where before there was standing water and lots of debris. They did a wonderful job.

Great experience from start to finish. Robert was our salesperson and he clearly knows his business. I had 4 bids. Stay Dry was the lowest. I would have hired them even if they weren't because the materials they use and way it was installed was, in my view, superior to the others, (Heavier drain pipe, several clean outs). When installing, they reduced the price by 20% because they used less material than the contract anticipated. How often does that happen? House was left clean and installers were friendly. Very happy with this company.

Delivered as promised

Brian did an excelled job waterproofing the 7 cracks in the basement wall. First, Keith removed the paneling, tore out the insulation, and cleaned up. Then Brian came and did an excellent job filling in the cracks. Because there was mold, Matt came and did a concrobium mold treatment. All three were very diligent and did a great job. I am very happy with their work and would hire them again.

He showed up on time, explained our options, performed the one we chose, and fixed the problem leak relatively in expensively.

The installation guys were very hardworking and pleasant. They kept the house clean even though they had to work in a muddy crawl located in master closet. They were able to get me scheduled asap. Great company that I highly recommend.
