We have a few different properties that we manage, and they've done a great job doing the pressure washing & windows at all of them. Will definitely be using them again!

They responded very quickly to my voice message and arranged the service immediately. Rob was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. He payed great attention to details. Because of his outstanding work my windows and screens are spotless. I will definitely use this company again.

It was such a great deal. It was half price for what they would normally charge. I have a lot of windows. They did a very nice job. The quality was excellent. It was almost immediate. So the responsiveness was excellent. I wasn't here, I was working at the time. Husband was at home to receive them and he enjoyed their company. They were very professional and prompt and did it in the allotted amount of time. They didn't drag out the whole day, they just did it in less than two hours.

I had an appointment for gutter cleaning last week but they called to change the date to this morning at 11am. At 10:30 I got a call saying they would be a bit later and to expect them at 11:30 a.m. The worker came to the door at 11:30 and announced that and quot;they sent me out without the tools I need. I'll have to return later today, probably around 3and quot;. I told him I was really disappointed to not only know that he would leave for a particular job without the tools necessary and that by 3 p.m, the weather could turn and I'd hear that it was too cold to get the job done. I told him I really wanted him to go back, get the tools he needed, and to return as soon as possible. After he left, I called the company and recorded my displeasure at what happened. Well, it is now 4:15 and he never returned nor have I heard from the company. So much for trying to help out a small firm. Never again!l

We had not gotten a price estimate until the day of service and found the method of pricing and the price itself to be quite high. The work took two persons one hour -- approxiately $100/hour per washer.

It went very well. The two young men were thorough, fast.

They were great! I asked for a date to be scheduled as soon as possible and they came out the very next day! I was very impressed with this and with the great work they did when they arrived! I will call them again the next time I need this work completed!

Soap Slingers were very attentive to detail and prompt in responding to appointments until the owner had health issues. At that point, I appreciate the work that the stand in crew did but they did not finish the job satisfactorily. There are some un-covered areas of the deck that need a better coat of paint. The work they did was really pretty good but the follow up on concerns has not been satisfactory.

Jesse was outstanding. He was punctual, professional, took pride in doing his best work, and was very personable without being obtrusive. The windows absolutely sparkled! He took his time do make sure every window was completely cleaned and wiped down the sills. We will definitely have Soap Slingers do our windows again in the spring and next fall.

Jon came to my home to give me an estimate after I spoke with the friendly receptionist in the office. Jon also did the work for me and he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did I have him wash my windows, but I had him power wash the roof and the siding on my house. I was very pleased with the whole experience and most likely will use him in the future. I feel he took special care to do a good job and I really appreciated that.

They were prompt with everything, and followed up after they gave me the estimate. They arrived on time, and they did the job in the time frame they said they would. They are reliable, and I would recommend them. They also did a very good job.
