Description of Work: I had used Precision on June 25, 2014, and was happy with the service I was given. Brad Taylor checked everything out for me and oiled all the parts and everything was working well, until fall. Sometimes the door would close, other times not. So frustrated. Then winter came and I thought about having to get out of the car and walk through snow so I could manually close the garage door. Didn't sound like much fun to me. I called Precision and Brad came again and checked everything out carefully and he told me I needed to replace the garage door opener. He gave me several options on the types of garage door openers I could choose from and luckily he had the one I chose in his vehicle and he replaced the old door opener and installed the new one the same day. Brad told me to call him if I had any problems with the new door opener, and I haven't had to do that. Brad was friendly, worked without stopping (other than talking to me about the kinds of door openers I could choose from), cleaned up after himself, checked to make sure the door opener was working properly, took the old door opener with him, and I haven't had a problem since. I would definitely use Overhead Garage Door Service again.

Description of Work: Did a thorough job but were only there for about 15 minutes. Seems pricey for the amount of time spent. Also really wanted the rubber strip that's goes along the bottom of the door but there was a lack of communication at their office so the part specific to our door wasn't available. The one that was offered was ridiculous in price.

Description of Work: Had to reposition the electric eye on my door to keep it out of the direct sunlight. No cost to me for this service. I love these guys!!!
