We also anticipated needing a new motor and the new one is very quiet and has better lighting, easier "coding" and safety features that protect our dogs and cars. Very nice !!

Provider's technician arrived as agreed, in fact, he called ahead to give an ETA. The technician completed a multi-point inspection and found the garage door in need of multiple services. He was very knowledgeable and shared with me all that was wrong with the garage door opener. He recommended replacement of the garage door opener and all components as it was over 20 years old and was in its last days' of service. While the motor and track was still in decent shape, the cables were showing signs of being frayed and the chain links were sagging and were not repairable. The chain appeared to have been serviced by the previous homeowner some time ago, but it was a poor job. Overall, the garage door opener was in poor shape. The opener was very noisy (clanking and grinding) and vibrated the house when it was in use. The provider's truck was well stocked with parts and new door openers. Technician suggested replacement and made recommendations for a new unit. As he was not allowed to install a homeowner purchased door opener (from a home improvement store, etc.), I purchased a mid-level model that he had available on the truck. Technician installed the new door opener in two hours. Once completed, he offered me tips on regular homeowner maintenance. He was very neat and tidy. My price rating is "FAIR" as I felt the garage door opener unit was a bit pricey. (I was paying for convenience of the provider having the replacement readily available.) My price rating for the inspection would be rated "very good".

Called at 5 p.m., they were here at 9 a.m. the next morning (chose not to pay $200 emergency call fee, but they would have come out that evening). Rebuilt garage door system and also repaired other issues we had, and were done in about 2 hours. Very pleased. They even swept the garage floor when they were done.

They were timely, they were professional, and they pointed out one other thing that I needed to have done, which I was aware of. The additional service was not on the big deal, and I was aware of that, so I paid an additional 100 Dollars, and they went ahead and did that as well. I was very pleased with that, and their work was perfect.

The Technician that came to my house was very professional, appeared to be very knowledgeable and was willing to work with me to make the best possible repairs at the lowest cost he could charge. Sadly to say, I thought the cost was still too high, especially for this time of the year but I did not feel like that was an issue with the technicians estimate. If I could have afforded it I would have the technician make all of the recommended repairs. He worked quickly. My garage door is running efficiently and quite. I would ask the same technician into my home again.

They were good at calling...but whenever they called we seemed to have a family crisis and I couldn't schedule anything.

Would hire them again. I had a garage door opener that was 14 yrs. old, noisy and not put up with the right equipment. I got a new garage door opener that is guaranteed for life. It is quiet and works great.

Scheduling was really easy. Their email had a picture of the technicians on it and I liked this. They're very easy people to work with. Their prices are very fair.

It went very well. The technician was thorough and explained what he was doing and the concept of garage door maintenance. He advised us of lubricant to purchase. He also installed a garage door monitor for us to tell if it was open or not while we were inside.

No show. No service. No answer. Out of business.

I knew that this wasn't going to be a tune-up. My 40 year old springs were shot. They did an excellent job installing a tension bar and turning every up everything after that. The B in punctuality was basically caused by a truck failure, but they were late.

Responded with 48 hours and scheduled a time at my convenience. Called before showing up (confirmed appointment). Great info. Did not press or hard sell. Completed work within an hour and cleaned up afterward.

Fred Blanch [Installer] was on time, courteous, friendly, expert and fast with his work. He answered all questions and did an excellent job.

He did a wonderful job, showed up on time, my door doesn't squeek anymore, it doesn't sound like it's going to fall off and I would recommend him.

The repairman arrived on time for appointment. He was very pleasant and effcient and explained everything well. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. The whole job took only about an hour. I was very pleased with the whole transaction.

One of the garage doors was incorrectly installed by another company, so I had him fix it. He came out and said that I would have to get a new motor, and a new spring to make it work correctly. He got this done in about three hours. I don't believe that the original coupon price I purchased in advance was deducted from the total bill. He did do a very good job.
