Steve Wells was my contractor and he did a quick yet wonderful job, he also pointed out that we didn't have a surge protector on the unit which was good to know. Overall he was polite and efficient and even wore his mask for Covid which really impressed my Wife.

The arrived on schedule and explained how the problem was fixed and gave me a good price. They also suggest some other maintenance items and took care of those as well. Very professional service.

Steve, the technician was punctual and very knowledgeable. He explored three replacement options with me and explained the products. He did not pressure me to change my decision once I made it. Everything was installed within an hour and half on a very hot day. I am very happy with my new opener.

Very pleased with Mike at Precision Garage Door Service. He was knowledgeable, found previous poor workmanship which he corrected even though that was not the main reason for the problem. Had issues with garage door not staying closed after pushing the close button, it would hit the floor and not shut off, bounce off the floor and re-open. He found an electrical contact issue in the Liftmaster garage motor unit which seemed to have fixed the issue. Outstanding work.

Service was prompt for both initial contact, then when the work was done. Crew arrived at 8:30 a.m. and completed work in about two hours. Door matched what we had ordered and technicians were very professional and friendly,

Excellent communication from start to finish. I appreciated that they would text message ahead if the estimator and installer coming out and attach their picture so I’d know who to expect.

They came right away took time to explain what should be done to maintain the garage door. Also, explained how to use the new opener and how to program it. Very happy with the job that ws done.

As expected. Since this home is 54 years old and I just purchased it a year ago the inspection findings seemed reasonable. I did not obtain any additional inspectIons for the doors. I used an Angie's list deal for the garage door opener, which a Google search showed to be a good deal. I was glad that I had a print out of the deal because there was some confusion as to what was included.

Well. But they tried to upsell me (new springs or something). However, after the tune-up (i.e., oiling the chain), the garage has been working fine, no more problems. Hence, it's clear to me the upsell was unnecessary.

It was fast and easy to gain an appointment. I went ahead an replaced all the gears, springs and wheels so that it would work great for the next 20 years. The only thing is the warranty does not transfer if it is sold. I also mentioned that I had a keyless remote that I needed to install and he had it done in minutes.

Great, fast service. Very polite. Better garage door now than when it was initially installed. Ans safer, too!

Tried and tried to get in contact with them. Every time I made contact with them the phone would cut off and they never called me back and I could not get scheduled. Ended up going with another provider.

Bought the $129 Garage door deal and the tech replaced the 10 rollers on the door that is used the most and aligned and retensioned both doors. He lubed everything and the doors make little to no noise now. Did a great job and I would have them back again is need be.

It was fine. They were able to come out pretty quickly after I bought the deal. The company sent one tech for the tune up.

It wasn't a real great experience. I had problems immediately after they left. The door wasn't staying open and the strip was leaking. Precision came out to do an adjustment, but the strip is still leaking to this day. I also found out later, I could have gotten the garage door opener for much cheaper.
