Description of Work: My contractor called Precision and within two days they came out and the cost was the same as the other garage door company we got an estimate on which was going to take 3 weeks to install. Precision installed in two days! The technician's name was Brad T and he did an excellent job. We could not have asked for more in a technician. He was punctual, professional, the work he did was exemplary and he explained how to use every device and answered all our questions. I will definitely use Precision again and ask for Brad to install. |

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List special for Roller Replacement and Garage Door TuneUp, knowing full well our door needed some help. Precision was there and on time. Fred from Precision walked with me and talked about the issues I was having. He told me, he would perform the tune up and get back with me on the "other stuff". We needed to replace the opener and the upgrade the overall system to get up to code. He did that and faster than it would have taken me to research buying a new opener. I spent quite a bit of money, but I am very happy with the service/purchase! |
