Description of Work: Replaced broken apartment dead bolt and mastered key. Was able to get to my call the next day as the tenant didn't have a working lock. He showed up on time, replaced the lock quickly and cleaned up the mess. I will have them back to master the rest of the building at a later date.

Description of Work: Used this company to re-key a home we purchased in the Okemos area. The company was able to get me on the schedule within a day, arrived on time, and was able to perform all work in about 30 minutes. Very professional. Would absolutely use them again and have kept their number in my phone.

Description of Work: Replaced two deadbolts and rekeyed four other locks so all were on the same key. He came out the next day after my call, arrived when he said he would (and I appreciated the call ahead), and did the job quickly and courteously. He charged the price he quoted over the phone and that price was quite a bit less expensive than the other quote I received for the same work (about 35% less).
