From the outset, the agent was quite eager to talk his credentials up, with little references to go by. There were very few instances that he really took the time to listen to any of our ideas or concerns; granted there were very few instances allowed (he would not stop talking about how he?s the best and knows every important person at Michigan State University and around the East Lansing area). The worst thing is that he spent most of the time trying to talk us down in price for our home (almost seemed like he was interested in acquiring the home for his own profit). In the end, my wife and I were very frustrated and feeling of trying to get swindled. We felt very disrespected in our own home and would really recommend others to be very careful with this person.
