Description of Work: Their job bidder met with us twice and talked to me several times on the phone to develop plans and a bid for a $20,000 construction project. We decided to delay until 2015, but will probably rebid and possibly go through with them later in 2015. He was pleasant (started out a little patronizing of me as woman, but recovered when I joshed him in return), professional, timely.

Description of Work: Palmer replaced my roof. They brought enough people to complete the job in one day. There were a couple of boards that needed replacing. The old shingles were removed and the reroof was done before dark. Very professional. Very good cleanup.

You may recall that another of Angie's vendors put up a new chimney cap for us in 2013 & since that time we have had multiple water leaks into our home. So we needed a new chimney cap. Palmer Construction oversaw the construction and installation of the new chimney cap.

Description of Work: Had storm damage on our roof. Palmer came in and provided a quote. The price was the most reasonable. A team came in and replaced the entire side of the roof where the damage was located in about a 6 hour time span. They also had to replace the chimney. They were on time, and did a great job.
