.The sales presentation was thorough, all questions answered. Job done to specifications. Clean up daily and workers courteous.

They were out to inspect and ready with an estimate within 3 days, scheduled work within 2 weeks, arrived for roofing when they said they would. All the workers were courteous and respectful and cleaned up debris totally. Roof was inspected the next day. They had to replace 1/4 inch decking with 1/2 inch to bring up to code, which cost $1300 above original (covered by insurance) estimate , so they let me set up a payment plan for the extra $1300 which wasn't covered.I can definitely recommend them!

After consulting Angies List for roofing contractors and recieving six different estimates, I chose Palmer Construction to do the job. From estimate to completion I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of the job. Andy did a great job of explaining what would need to be done, what I could expect from the work crew and the different types of shingle options. Dan did a great job of managing the actual construction. I was very impressed with Jerimiah and the work crew... they showed up on time, where very respectful and extremely organized. Within a half an hour they had at least half of my old roof torn off. They took great care to protect the siding from the roofing debri and cleaned up so well, I was not able to find one nail or staple anywhere. I was very concerned about this, since I have dogs. (this was impressive, since a new roof was put on the building I do business in over a year ago and I still find nails around the building from time to time.) Some of the reasons that made me choose Palmer construction were their professionalism, right from the start. One thing that set them apart was that they took pictures of the old roof to show me the condition it was in and provided pictures of each step of the roofing process. It was nice to be able to see the details of their workmanship. Several of my neighbors have already made comments on how nice the roof looks and how impressed they were by how quick and organized the workers were. I would definetly use Palmer Construction again, and I highly recommend them.

They showed up when they said they would--to the minute! They did the work they promised to do. They did additional work and didn't complain or argue. It was started and completed on time. They did a magnificent job cleaning up. This business is top notch!

The employee that did the work was very nice and helpful. I came home from work while he was closing it up. He pointed out to me the framing of the house, what I might have heard, and yes the squirrel was running on the ceiling but could not get any further than the floor trusses would allow. There wasn't any damage to the framing of the house. He did a good job and really put my mind at ease. I would definitely hire Palmer Construction again. In fact we have an appointment with them to give us an estimate to do some remodeling.

The quality of the work was excellent, the workers were.very nice. We liked the owners explanations about what needed to be done. The costs were consistant with the estimate.

We selected Palmer based on their Angie's List reviews and we are glad that we did. Palmer Construction was very professional throughout. We don't have a single negative thing to report. Their estimate was in the middle of the the three bids we got and they didn't charge as any more when they finished. They showed up on the Monday they promised and finished on Thursday even with rain on Wednesday limiting their work that day. We were impressed at how hard Nate and his crew worked. They were careful to protect our house and plants and cleaned up carefully each day. They were considerate of my wife and I and our three dogs. The site manager Dan came around regularly to make sure the work was progressing and things were ship shape. The roof looks great and has had no problems with the heavy winds and hard rain storms we've had since Palmer left. We have recommended Palmer to our neighbors.

Andy and his employees were professional, prompt and followed through. We would use Palmer Construction again because they stand behind their work and keep their word.

They were absolutely excellent. We want a roof put on another home and they were the first ones we will go to for an estimate. They were great and they competed.

When the small leak in my roof ended up flooding my bedroom, we had Palmer inspect and give us an estimate on repairs (after finding them on Angie's List, of course). Dan gave us pricing options to repair just the leak, fix all the valleys, or replace the full roof. We opted to bite the bullet and get it all done now instead of patch jobs that would get us through a couple more years. We called a couple other companies to come out and give us estimates, but we didn't feel that they were as thorough or as easy to work with. There were a few delays getting started and while they said it'd be only a day, it took three. After the first day, I still found water leaking into the house and Dan came out right away to inspect it. It turned out to be nothing, but he had the crew double check everything, regardless. As for the crew, they did break a few things, left a bit of cleanup, and took a lot of smoke breaks in front of my house, but they seemed to work hard. Last week (four months later), I found a caulk gun with roofing tar in the yard that had blown off the roof. They didn't put my gutter guards back up, and a downspout wasn't reconnected. All in all, my roof doesn't leak, it looks great, and it was a fairly positive experience for a new, first time homeowner. I would (and have)recommend them to anybody.

They did a great job from gathering information for preparing the quote to quote presentation to performing the work.

Palmer was very professional. They completed the big roof project in 3 days with minimal disturbance to tenants. They clearly discussed all of the issues, such as ventilation, with me in detail. The city inspector said they'd done an excellent job. Mid-way through the flat roof project I stopped over to check their progress. They had the roof half covered with the new rubber but had not re-pitched the roof as specified in the bid for better drainage. It was a big mistake and a costly mistake, but they were very professional about dealing with it. They needed an extra day to finish the work, but when it was done, it was exactly as the bid specified. They were not at all bitter or angry about the mistake about re-pitching the roof, since it was an internal communication problem on their end. I'm sure they did not make any money on that project, and maybe lost some. But, since they did such a good job, I'm recommending them to my friends when they have roof work to do.

Prompt, professional, courteous and very attentive to detail. They answered any questions we had and completed the work on time with no disruptions to us.

They did the job and it was satisfactory and I thought the price was fair. What I thought was so amazing is that the last time they came out they did not leave a nail or piece of scrap when they replaced my 40,000 sq. foot roof. They had a lot of guys come for a roof job for a job once and they were all there from 8:00 to 8:05. They also put up plywood so the debree would not get on my windows.

It went well. They guy was supposed to get back with about one of the eavesdrops that didn’t fit the house too well. He said he would take care of it, but he hasn’t yet. He may be waiting for better weather. I was satisfied.

They were excellent. Andy Palmer, the owner was very prompt, professional and clear. The estimates were reasonable. They did not go over the estimate. They did the job when they said they would do it. They did it neatly. They were very professional. Everything is holding up good. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

The repairs were done promptly - even earlier than I expected. The attention to detail was great - Andy inspected the job during and after his crew finished. The site was cleaned up and in great shape, the workmanship was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Palmer Construction to anyone needing home repairs.

The gentleman that came out was friendly and not too pushy, very professional and good listener. Very competitive bid, but someone just edged them out for the the same materials and services. I would definitely consider getting a bid from this contractor on other jobs and recommend people check them out!

Everyone I was in contact with from this company was very personable and polite. They were able to provide me with a cost estimate prior to beginning that included potential "extra" repairs that might be uncovered as the old siding was removed from the house. Well, as I had feared, the superficial water damage did penetrate the underlying sheathing and they had to change their plans and address the sheathing issue. Considering the time it took them to fix this unforeseen problem, their additional cost was very reasonable to get the house back together quickly. All in all, the project took 2 days and was completed in a very timely manner, their men staying until dark to make sure the job was done quickly and the house sealed from the elements. I wish I had used them years ago when I first noticed the problem as the new siding they installed looks much better than what was there to begin with. If I need more exterior house repairs, I will definitely give them a call!
