Efficiency that is above and beyond!! Truly an amazing experience. Itâ s nice to see that people still know how to work hard. Appreciate this company more than I could ever express!

Our initial experience was good: fast quote, scheduled quickly, even flexible on the price (since it was higher than all other quotes we received). However, the work was not to the level we expected. Some unforeseen situation came up with the original painter and he had to leave the job suddenly after 2 weeks of work. Two more painters came in to take his place at the tail end of the project. After walking the job, they decided they would need to redo everything that was previously done. After all, was said and done, there were some areas of concern left. Because of this, we were promised a discounted rate on our next project (the scope of which was discussed with the owner and the painters before they left). However, after multiple attempts to contact the company to schedule the remaining work, we were ignored and never contacted back. We had a fairly large interior job done. However, I would not recommend this company.

Very professional, from estimate through completion . Manager very professional and knowledgeableâ ¦ great listening skills â ¦ we got exactly what we needed for the price we wanted. The crew showed up on time and ready to go to work. Experienced and professional, they did an excellent job on a 17â ceiling, stairway and high walls, French doors. Experience showed in the wonderful color matches and blending in to the existing painted artwork we wanted preserved, as well as the application of the paint. They were extremely pleasant and polite, even their patience when our four dogs were helping them. Highest quality work from the highest quality people. A job well done!!! Thank you!!!

The painting crew was professional and pleasant. They went out of their way to do a good job. But I do still have slats from the scaffolding in my yard days after.

Customer Service was excellent from Adam of Painter1. He did everything he could to help us get what we wanted. He even changed the schedule when we, due to our own error, needed to choose a different color that originally chosen. Adam got the painters the special equipment they needed and even sent over an experienced painter to help them with some advice. The only problem I had was that the paint crew. Though as friendly and accommodating as they could be, it was obvious that they did not have much experience with professional exterior painting. With more experience and some apprenticeship with professional painters, I am sure they can reach a professional level if they stick to it. They did the best they could with the experience they had but for the price I had expected a crew of one or two very professional painters who could have finished in half the time. I would contact Painter1 next time I need painting done but would put in a requirement for the painter(s) to be experienced professionals.

Showed up on time, didn't waste time, answered questions quickly, manager showed up to discuss issues and finished earlier than projected. Crew did a great job and very mindful of their work.

Our Painter was Todd (aka Coach). He was wonderful. He was kind, hardworking, accommodating and trustworthy. The areas that he painted look terrific. Iâ d hire him again in a heartbeat! Pam H.
