Description of Work: Orkin treated our home/property for termites. They did an assessment, came up with a plan, revised it/simplified it and presented us with a contract. Part of the contract called for treating through our basement floor near a wood support beam. Then they recommended we remove a wooden support beam in question and we complied, replacing it with a steel support beam. They were asked 2x: Will this change your treatment plan (I would expect if so, they would adjust the contract to reflect this). They replied, no, we will drill and treat in your basement as planned. When they did do the treatment, they concluded they would not drill through the basement floor, and declined adjusting the contract, giving us some bs about how the contract's value has a lot to do with the guarantee. I don't believe Orkin was honest and messed with us in a way that left me negative on them.

It went fine. They came out when they said they would. They said they would do another application if it rained.
Description of Work: They came out and they did an application to take care of the mosquitoes. We signed up for $84 monthly service.
