They were fine. They were honest and good to work with. They did a pretty great job. I had them for several times.

They were good. They were very responsive. They returned our phone calls and things so we were happy. We've never decided we just kind of delayed the project.

DJ and Joe were right on time, very professional by introducing themselves. All went smoothly until they discovered the sink I had purchased did not fit the cabinet as it was installed. They immediately let me know about the fit and called the carpenter to come and give us alternatives to the cabinet problem, also letting Shaun the owner know what was happening. While we waited for the carpenter I asked them to cap a fish tank drain pipe because the tank had been removed. They said no problem and went right to work and had it done before the carpenter arrived. (15 minutes time) After the carpenter arrived and assessed the installation, they came up with a couple of alternatives and pricing for each; resetting the cabinet, different sink they might have at the shop, reinstall old sink with new drains and faucet. DJ and Joe took the needed measurements and headed to the shop. DJ soon called and said the sink they had would not fit. I headed off to buy a new faucet and drains and told them I would be back no later that 12:15. Promptly at 12:15 they arrived and installed the new pieces. This turned out to be more of a project than I realized when scheduling them. Everyone I had contact with at Miteff from the owner to those who did the work were professional, polite and problem solvers. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Shawn Denny and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom. The crew did the demo work and Josh did most of the remodel and he did a fantastic job. Shawn was very prompt and was great with following up on questions I had. They always came as promised and completed the job on schedule if not ahead of. I would highly recommend Miteff Plumbing.

This was the second contractor we called for an estimate, and as long as this estimate is reasonable we eill certainly go with Miteff Plumbing.

Shawn Denny, owner of Miteff Plumbing, provided a detailed quote and scheduled the job to work with our mutual availability. He showed up on time on the designated day with his team of three other guys. They worked consistently, focused on the work to be done although they were all very friendly and professional. Its important to know that my house is very small and the bathroom they renovated is located in the center of my household routine. By 1:00 the first day, the bathroom was completely emptied of tub, toilet, door, sink, etc. From that point on the bathroom was slowly rebuilt with the highest standards. The Miteff team removed every piece of wood, plumbing, etc. and vacuumed often to keep the dirt to a minimum and out of the rest of the house. It was a pleasure to have them working in my home and watching them use their incredible skills. Shawn Denny knows how to assemble a dedicated, disciplined team of skilled workers. One person who I must mention is his team member, Josh, who worked tirelessly to install a tiled floor, walls and shower with a beautiful trim and a niche that I didn't have before. I had fallen in love with a shower "shield" in Ireland that Josh was familiar with and did a beautiful job installing as a finishing touch. Josh is a true tile artist. He made suggestions that expanded the dreams I had. His craftsmanship was really exceptional. Perfect placement, clever problem-solving and who would think that grout could look like that!! The Miteff team arrived on time every day or called ahead to let me know how late they would be. They finished the renovation approximately when they projected the job would be completed. They came back to do several finishing touches a few days later. They attended to every detail and Shawn Denny performed the last inspection to ensure that it was all to my liking. By the time the work was finished, I had my dream bathroom AND a couple new friends. I have many before and after pictures. I am hoping to be able to attach them to this review so you can see their fine work.

It went very well. They were able to come and do the work within a couple of days after I called. The guys were on time. They were very polite and did a very good job. They cleaned up the space under the sink when they were finished. I was very happy with the service. P.S. I'm not sure sure what you mean by " Was the work done by the provider". The work was not done by the owner but by two of his employees. As I said, they did a very good job and I was very happy with their service.

I really felt like I could trust him. He was a really nice guy. He was reasonably priced. I referred him to my daughter as well. I would recommend him highly.

Shawn returned my call quickly and recommended a pump with an eight year warranty. Great start as the plumber we used before installed one with a one year warranty which failed just after one year. The failure resulted in a flooded finished basement. He came out the next day and installed a new pump and check valve. This pump is so much quieter. And I can do laundry again! In addition, he and his apprentices were professional and friendly. We have a new plumber! I highly recommend Miteff Plumbing.

Good communication throughout. Work progressed steadily. Skilled workers arrived punctually. Unexpected problems dealt with smoothly. High quality work at a fair price.

There were 2 installers who showed up on time, they quickly and efficiently removed the old toilets and installed the new toilets. They were friendly and polite. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them. And I will use them again for future services.

Shawn called and actually came over earlier than promised because of a cancellation. He was super friendly and professional, as was his assistant. He was able to immediately identify what the issue was and fixed it. It involved removing the entire sink and pedestal and replacing the pipes and the drain in the basin. The laundry room sink was snaked and he also fixed the elbow joint that was kind of loose. I highly recommend Shawn Denny and Miteff Plumbing.

I liked them professionally but their estimate was high so I decided on another contractor. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would get another quote from them. I would use them if their price was competitive.

They were here. They did their job quickly and efficiently. They were reasonably priced. It was a good experience. They knew what they were doing. We pointed out what we wanted, they jumped on it, got it done and did it right the first time. They also immediately responded to us when we called. The other thing that was really impressive about them was that the guy who led the team was the owner of the company.

Work went great with one step after another completed by fine workman. Wallpaper man came and removed all the old wallpaper from bathroom. Then old toilet and sink were removed. Tile man came next to put in a new tile floor. After ripping out the old floor, water damage over the years had completly damaged the sub-floor. He had to tear out and completely rebuild a new sub- floor before the new tile could be installed. He did a great job on all aspects of the job. Once tile had set properly, wallpaper man returned to re-wallpaper the bathroom. Shawn and his helper returned to install the new toilet and sink and a new light. (Excellent professional work) He noticed that the interier door trim that had been removed to do the tile work had been cracked. Shawn replaced all the door trim with new trim. All in all I could not be more satisfied with the job and the people that did the work. Everything completed in a professional and timely manner

The bathroom included a beautifully tiled floor and shower. They were very careful with the B-Dry basement drainage system when accessing the pipes and going though the floor for the plumbing and really appeared to me to treat my house with the same respect they would treat their own homes while they were here. For example, Shawn and his group averted an unknown impending disaster from occurring in the basement, just by checking the lift station outside before breaking into the main pipe leading out to the drain field. As it happened, the switch on the submersible pump wasn't working and because of all of the rain, there was water all they way to the to top of the lift station cover. There would have been a huge flood in the basement. So Shawn also made that repair the next day. The gentlemen who did the drywall and tile work did and excellent job, and took the time necessary to do a wonderful job. It's really the best looking room in the house right now! We will be having Shawn and his crew back to renovate the upstairs shower in a few weeks.

The first time Miteff Plumbing came out, they did everything just the way we wanted and everything was good, the second time they came out for a different project, they isolated the issue but we didn't end up using them to finish the project, we did it ourselves. I would say the experience has been good. They came out and said that they were charging me USD 90 for just coming out. They were really busy and the weather was nice and so they weren't bothered about the little job for us. I would use them again, they are fine and reasonable in terms of plumbers.The quality of the work that they did for me was good and they were responsive.

They did an excellent job. They were out when they said they would be, they installed it, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with them. I am going to have them remodel a bathroom for me in a year or two.

They were polite, work well together, and I never him them utter a word that could offend anyone.

My overall experience with Shaun Denny and Miteff Plumbing was exceptional. Shaun and his crew were professional, on time and did a great job on my bathroom. I will recommend this company to anyone who has plubming needs and I will definitely use them again. I read about 21 previous reviews on Angies Llist pertaining to Miteff and they were are great reviews. I'm happy to provide another one!!!

Shawn Denny was one of the contractors we interviewed for total redo of a small bathroom. He has not started work yet as he was waiting for us to obtain some of the items that will be going into the bathroom. He has been out twice, the initial visit, and the tradesman that will be building a custom closet and vanity as part of this project. Shawn was very responsive to our ideas and offered suggestions to issues of which we were not sure. However, on Sundy, a week after our initial meeting, our hot water heater caught fire and was ruined. We contacted Shawn and he and one of his workers were out the next day and installed a new water heater for us. They also disposed of the old heater. I am looking foward to working with him and his crew and feel confident he will do a good job. Because of the smallness of the bathroom we are having to have a vanity and counter custom built. I do think the prices for these items are a little on the high side, but hope the materials will be worthy.

Our experience with them was good. They were punctual. Three guys came, and they were in and out like in an hour. They were quick and efficient. They were real professional. They answered all our questions, and they were courteous when they were in our home.
