The technician was excellent, very professional, but i feel their charges are exorbitant, although i was advised of the charges before hand, i decided to proceed with the fixes in order to get the job done.

The companyâ s 24 hour service team responded very quickly and I was able to set up an appointment for that same afternoon. The replacement of my sump pump was done very quickly and the new installation was of a much higher quality. The cost was a bit higher than I had expected but in an emergency situation, there was no time for price comparison. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided by Michigan Plumbing.
