Michigan Plumbing came out and diagnosed my problem. Their expert advice guided me to assessing the precise problem. It was not in fact a drainage problem, but a window problem. So I will be contacting a window company rather than a restoration company. In short, Michigan Plumbing acts with integrity and professionalism. You can trust them not to "just make something up to get your money."

I wanted my toilet unplugged soon. They came before the estimated time of arrival and were done quickly. They tested the flushing several times to make sure it was really clear!

Compared to my previous plumbing experience, this was a much better company. This guy did what the last one said needed to be done for a better price. Last guy did almost nothing compared to Michigan plumbing.

The tech was very good about explaining everything to us about why it malfunctioned and how to use the new one. The flat rate price and the amount of time he was here made it a fair price for the labor!

The techs were very fast getting here , they were competent and very friendly. Explained my options and were not pushy. New water heater in place and working 4 hours later.

Great Plumbers, awesome customer service, Service manager was attentive. I would have liked to not have to follow up on basic plumbing and shower and vanity install basics. My brain was not sealed and my vanity top was not secured to the vanity. I think if you want a plumber these guys will be good. I don't think they are as well versed in Bathroom remodeling standards.

Michigan was extremely helpful and quick to respond. They were here within 4 hours after they contacted me. Would have been sooner, but I had to make a quick run to the Vet. professional and courteous. Took him 15 min to fix the problem.
