Quick, clean, efficient albeit a little pricey. When you are in an emergency, cost is the least of the worries!

We have used MI plumbing several times. Chris was very friendly.

This company is very professional, knowledgeable and treats the customer extremely well. My only complaint would be the price. We realize that we could have paid significantly less, but wanted to hire someone who could do a difficult job correctly. This was not a typical type repair and their expertise was appreciated.

The fellows were efficient and completed the job in record time! I am well pleased with the results! I am a cheapskate (leftover from my days of growing up poor) and the price was a little higher than I would have preferred, but they worked hard and got good results! I AM HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE!!

Very expensive. But, maybe everyone would have been. My only issue was the waiting time. I was told it would be between 12 and 4. At 4:45 someone called and said it would be later did I still want new water heater. Of course I said. Old one leaking and no hot water. It was 6:30 before they came. Here till about 8. They were very courteous and did a good job. I would like to have gotten an estimate of cost before they came. You can not price check as the call center will not give you a cost idea. I did ask 2 different people to give me an idea.

Great service. Dennis Finnerty was the tech. Excellent work. Very neat. Left no mess. Would definitely recommend Dennis and Michigan Plumbing. A little expensive, but, you get what you pay for.

Scheduling person was friendly and knowledgeable. Worker did a good job. Just thought they were pricey.

This company came out on short notice. The tech was knowledgeable and said he's been doing this type of work for nearly twenty years. He recommended different options and gave his personal opinion. I called others and they wanted $75 just to show up and then they said it would be a week until they could actually do any work.

No complaints, they were great.

I was very impressed that the work was scheduled for the next day, which was a Sunday, for no extra cost. The work was done quickly and cleanly. Very impressed!

James was very timely and thoughtful. His knowledge and abilities are top notch.

A new kitchen faucet was installed, a slow drain fixed and a drain pipe replaced . The serviceman was professional and helpful. I do wish I could have had more than two choices of a kitchen faucet.
