They were great, the man did the job, got out. In the winter, when lot of snow was still in the ground of water against the basement and we have a poured foundation, it had leak, they had stopped the leak we had. They did what they pledged to do. They were here on-time, they got done quickly and then they went and the overall seam link that was leaking was about 7 feet from upper part down to the ground, and we are very happy. They did the work they promised to do on time and on budget.
Description of Work: They fixed leak in our basement.

Jason came and looked at the basement wall that concerned me. He said that for as old as my house was, my foundation was in good shape. Just need to scrape paint, repair, and fill crack, and repaint. Because my driveway is right next to house, recommended having driveway fixed to slant away from foundation and then seal between wall and driveway, since i don't have water coming into basement I am not in any trouble. He said that he can't tell me yes I need work done just to make a sale. I appreciated that he was honest. He also had great suggestions and was helpful.

Was on time first day, cut wall approximately 6 inches above floor, jackhammered out concrete and removed sand. Left a littleeearly. Next day was a little late, continued jack hammering (had a spot that was abnormally thick concrete). Drilled weepholes, laid pea stone and pipe, installed crock with sump pump, and drainage from crock. Cemented "ditch" that was made. They took care to leave my place clean. Did extra work without extra cost. Personable and fiendly, though slightly unprofessional (in paperwork), guess a better way would be to say informal. . I enjoyed them, and was satisfied with the work ethic, and work done.
Description of Work: Dug out floor along wall that was leaking, drilled weep holes, installed drainage pipe and crock with sump pump. .

The man who came out did a good job! He did what he said he was going to do first; it was raining when he came back, so he did more work and he didn't charge me for it. He just seems honest and nice; he called when he said he would, he's there when he tell you would be, kept me updated and I'm really happy with that.
Description of Work: I used Michigan Basement Repair to put a new drainage system around my basement and tied it to the old one; they also filled a foundation cracks and installed a sump pump.

Job was well done clean up good. yes I would hire again no question.
Description of Work: fixed water leak caused by crack in wall.
Jason Walker, owner and installer, was very professional and courteous. He did exactly what he said he would do and more. He called before coming over each day to let me know when he would be arriving. He and Kenny were very careful to clean up any messes created by the process. He was thorough with all of the work and was careful to explain the process. He was also very careful about the plantings around and near the foundation. Put down boards to protect the lawn from the wheelbarrow loads of dirt that were removed. I can't imagine the other company that bid the job and said it would be done in a day, would have been as thorough or as careful of my plantings and the house. The other company also told me I didn't need a header for the 4 ft by 4 ft hole they were cutting into the foundation of the house. Wrong! I am very pleased with Jason and the job he did. There is absolutely no hesitation on my part to recommend him to anyone needing a basement egress window or basement drainage system. This is the kind of contractor you want working for you.
Description of Work: I had a 4' X 4' basement egress window installed and also an extension of the B Dry basement drainage system. The project involved digging a window well deep enough to allow installation of the molded window well. Connecting the drainage in the window well to the drain tile at the base of the foundation footings. Cutting the hole in the basement wall, installing a preformed concrete header, installing the double slider window and finishing off the interior trim. He also applied a mortar/concrete finish to the exterior surfaces surrounding the window to dress it up. He and his assistant also extended the exiting B-Dry basement drain system another 16 feet.
