LOWE'S

My wife and I remodeled our kitchen. We worked with Bill Strauss in the Kitchen Cabinets area of Lowe's over a six-month period to purchase and install Schuler kitchen cabinets and a Silestone quartz countertop. We bought the cabinets, countertop, kitchen appliances, and many other items from Lowe?s for three reasons: the prices, the military discount, but most especially, the initial work with Bill, who gave us the confidence to make most of our purchases at Lowe?s. Bill has several qualities that serve Lowe?s extremely well. First, he is very pleasant to work with. Second, his design acumen, his knowledge of the four kitchen cabinet lines that Lowe?s offers, and his expertise with the design software add great value to a customer?s decision making process. Third, he is detail-oriented and very thorough. Fourth, his problem solving abilities and creativity are outstanding. My wife and I believe that Bill helped us to achieve the best combination of design and price. The installation of the cabinets and the countertop was done by subcontractors, Northwest Cabinet Co. and Hard Rock Stone Works. For the most part, the workmanship and responsiveness were excellent. The few issues that occurred were handled promptly and satisfactorily, and I would use them again as subcontractors or hire them directly.

They were fine and typical carpets install so no problem.

Their sales process was just fine. In fact I looked at the carpeting and picked it out earlier but then I put it back in. Some things came along so I delayed it. The sales person was very helpful and did not mind that I was just making a small purchase for an office. That was as equally important to her even though I was not doing a whole larger place and that is how she made me feel. She made feel very wanted and important. The size of the purchase did not matter to her. I did not do any research on pricing. I just wanted something quick and simple. Normally I research everything but I did not do for this purchase. As long I know they are easy to deal with and I just went out there and bought one. Punctuality wise they send out the carpet when they said they would. If I was doing an entire house I would go elsewhere because I could have an installer. My experience with them was okay but certainly I would not hire them to do anything large.
