Great Company to work with! I have had Kingsley Moving System help me move several times over the years. The staff is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious. I have recommended their services to several of my friends and they found them to be a great choice as well. I highly recommend.

The move went well overall. The guys were a half hour late, but we weren't ready anyway so we appreciated the extra time, and they didn't charge us for it. They were patient and kind despite our level of disorganization. I have two complaints: that one of the workers was smoking on our property and seemed to be "under the influence," and that our large and heavy houseplants were left behind despite clear instructions to bring them and plenty of room in the truck. First, one of the workers was smoking in our driveway. I'm pregnant and severely allergic to cigarette smoke, and I have a young child. It wasn't a breezy day and the smoke lingered in the air, causing me to feel ill. Later, the same worker smelled strongly of weed, and yes I know the difference. Perhaps coincidentally, later on this same worker asked me whether I wanted two very large houseplants moved, and I told him YES and that they were very important to us. Well, at the end of the day, the plants were left at the old house, forcing us to abandon one of them and risk the other's life trying to fit it into our SUV. I'm hoping it will survive despite being turned on its side and transported so roughly. We bought the tree on our honeymoon and have raised it from a sapling with much love over many years. My husband also said he had to repeatedly instruct the workers on certain tasks, so I guess my mistake was only telling one of the workers once about the plants.

One of the best movers we have ever used. From planning to the actual move, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Let's face it, moving is stressful and a pain. Anything you can do to lessen the stress is helpful. The folks at Kingsley did just that -- gave us a little piece of mind our stuff would be moved with care. We moved from a building with limited parking and one elevator. Needless to say, not the easiest way to move. Shout out to Ike, Mo and Al for being so conscientious, treating our stuff like it was their own and doing a great job making sure nothing was damaged. We would not hesitate to use Kingsley again to move.

Went very well. The guys were professional. We did have a couple small wall knicks, but to be fair, they were working with very tight spaces and large furniture. We would definitely hire these guys again.

Kingsley staff did a terrific job. Friendly, professional, timely and efficient. Their prices were also 20% lower for the long distance move than other quotes I received.

Two years ago we hired Kingsley for our move and it was flawless. The movers worked hard, were friendly, and Brian, the owner was very professional. Because of the positive experience we returned to Kingsley. This time there were some issues. However, after the move Brian and I spoke and he handled the situation with utmost professionalism. We are extremely satisfied with the result and would highly recommend Kingsley Moving Systems.

We never saw such hard working men with great attitudes. They moved large, heavy furniture through small hallways and didn't knick the furniture or walls. They even disassembled our treadmill and reassembled it to get it down the narrow basement steps, which we were afraid was going to be impossible. They put in a full day and then had to do another job. If they tell you you should have two trucks and 4 men, you should d it. It won't cost any more money, and it is easier on the workers.

The majority of the move went well and with few incidents.

I didn't have them do the work because I couldn't have to have it done. We were only moving a garage and a half of stuff to an apartment, and it was too much money. They did all they could. I am not really familiar with what it cost these days.

FANTASTIC experience. I strongly recommend that you consider Kingsley for your moving needs. If your move is in Michigan and move over something like 40 miles the rates are governed by the state so most movers will charge the same amount(basically based on weight and distance) - Kingsley has taken the initiative to petition the state to allow them to charge 20% below the published rates so they will often save you money. While lower costs are nice they lose value if the service is not good however the service from Kingsley was excellent - the movers were professional and did all in their power to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the experience. I was hesitant about moving a large recliner since I did not think it would fit thru a doorway on the stairs however they said they would find a way which they did. They carefully wrapped and padded all of my furniture to insure there would be no damage. Basically Kinglsey took a high stress situation like moving and make it tolerable.

The movers were wonderful. They were so nice and took excellent care of our belongings. I will use them for our next move!

First off when calling to schedule the quote I received was half the amount of time of a local competitor. When movers Kevin and Tim showed up they were great. Moved everything very professionally and with great care. The house had some tight spots but they maneuvered around them without hitting the wall once. Went a little over quoted time frame but we also had them move more than what we had originally planned so no issue there. Would definitely recommended and use Kingsley again

It was easy to work with Jimmerson. I provided a detailed request for quote, and Jimmerson responded with a bid that specified the materials I had requested at a reasonable price. Installation went smoothly and as scheduled. I had purchased the wrong skylight on my own; Jimmerson took that in stride, rescheduled the work, purchased the correct skylight, and installed it when it became available--again, all at a reasonable price. The work crews cleaned up at the completion of work.

Kingsley Moving Systems did a fantastic job with an unusual situation. We had a family at our elementary school lose everything in a house fire. We were able to secure donations of quite a bit of furniture from the school and larger communities, and contacted local moving companies to see if they could help collect it. Brian Kingsley responded quickly (the only company to respond, in fact) and offered to help. The two movers showed up promptly, were friendly, courteous, professional, and worked well together as a team. They made six stops to gather a number of large items and ended up putting in six hours total, remaining cheerful and positive even when there were a few hiccups. In talking with other school families, we learned that a number of them had also used Kingsley and everyone had been very happy. We're grateful for all they did to help our school family, and would definitely recommend them!

I called to schedule a move during a very busy time. I only had a week to 10 days in which to get my son moved and both Brian and Casey worked with me to get the move scheduled within that timeframe. They were also $500-$750 cheaper than their competitor that was listed on Angie's List. I was pleased right from my initial contact with this company. On moving day, August 12th, Randy and Todd show up. Two experienced and very professional movers. They emptied the top floor apartment in about an hour and then headed to my house. Not only were these gentlemen professional and efficient, they were funny, kind and really nice guys. Kingsley Moving Systems really came through for us. They made moving, which clearly can be stressful, an enjoyable experience for my son and his girlfriend. I would recommend this company to anyone and I would easily use them again.

A moving date was arranged by Casey in the office. Several changes were made before the date and he was prompt, accommodating, professional, and friendly. He gave an estimate for the move from the information he was given over the phone. This was not a very big move but the items moved had sentimental value and were very important to us. The estimate was right on and the final price was exactly what we expected. The men arrived early, happy, and ready to work. They were careful, professional, and fast. They had a five hour drive to Ohio where they delivered the furniture. Everything went smooth. It was a perfect move!

My initial interaction was through messaging on Angie's list. I received prompt clear answers to all of my questions in a timely manner. I was able to get an appointment within the same week of calling. All communication throughout was professional and courteous. The day of my appointment the movers showed up slightly early (good thing since I was paying an hourly rate, starting from the time they left their place of business). The movers were fast but careful. I was given an estimate on the disposal cost, and that's exactly the amount I ended up paying for the disposal fee. The whole job, including travel time, moving and unloading, only took an hour! I was expecting it to take longer. I will be hiring these guys again when I move from this apartment.

Kingsley Moving did an ecxellent job in moving my furniture. The two gentleman, Taylor and Kevin were fantastic. They arrived early. They were professional and very easy to work with. They were extremely careful in moving my items of which some were very old family pieces. I would not hesitate to recommend Kingsley Movers to anyone. They have a couple of great people in Taylor and Kevin.

It went great! I am very pleased with the service. They arrived on time and were very well prepared. They wrapped all the furniture in a plastic wrap and moving blankets. They were very careful with the items but still efficient at the same time. I will definitely use them again in the future.

He was very nice and knowledgeable, and gave me some information to get me started.
