Description of Work: Hard to reach. The first time return my call a week later and after that I have been leaving him messages and he never call back. His stimate was similar then everybody else.

+ -1 moreJim did a great job, working efficiently to finish about 25 windows in about 3 1/2 hours--especially given that several windows required so extra time. At about $10 per window, I thought his service was well worth it.
Description of Work: I have a 100 year old house with combination aluminum storms and screens. Outside windows and the "outside of the inside windows" (especially on the 2nd floor outside) had not been washed in over 10 years. I arranged for Jim to wash all but the inside/inside windows. He does everything by hand (with sponge to wash and squeegee to dry). He removed storms as needed to be also be able to wash the outside of inside windows.
