It went perfectly. Hosco called ahead and came out on time. I explained that I had had all these other companies out who couldn't or wouldn't attempt to fix the clog. They came in and worked with the township Public Works dept. to possibly locate the cleanouts and manhole and came in to locate and use their auger to clear the blockage. They also, unlike the other companies, did a very good job of cleaning up any mess and also spraying disinfectant. They also helped move heavier items in my stairwell to make room for their machinery. They were great and the bill was unexpectedly a very good price. I would absolutely recommend this company highly!! The lead tech was Jeff and his helper was very helpful, also. I couldn't be more pleased with their service!

We had a clogged drain from the kitchen/laundry room. After my husband was unsuccessful in clearing the drain, I called a plumber. They came out and tried for two hours to clear the drain... again, unsuccessfully. That plumber recommended Hosco Drain Service. I left an after-hours message (I didn't feel the need to call the emergency phone line) and was promptly called back in the morning and able to schedule for them to come out later that morning. They arrived promptly and were able to assess the situation, clear out the drain, and clean up the work area within 45 minutes. The person on the phone and the person who did the work were both very professional. I thought $125 was reasonable for the service and I wouldn't hesitate to use Hosco Drain Service again.

Fixed the drain problem without snaking it and ran a camera through to show the line was completely clear.
