+ -1 moreWithout having to ask, there were several workers who offered to help me with my cart of trees. After checking out, the cashier automatically called for a carry-out, and I told her to have them meet me out by my Jeep. To my surprise, the owner of Horrocks himself was outside, and not only loaded my trees, but went inside for some twine to secure my liftgate to insure that I could drive safely home. He and the other staff were extremely courteous and concerned for my safety. I could not ask for better treatment than I received that day.
Description of Work: I have purchased dozens of trees and shrubs and hundreds of flowers from Horrocks in the past, all of which have thrived. This week I purchased two large trees during their 25% tree and shrub sale. These were extremely heavy, unweildy items which were a lot for me to handle.
