This job couldn't have gone better. Scott was on time everyday and got done ahead of schedule. Our entire first floor is hardwood so it was no easy task but Scott went above and beyond refinishing my nook bench as well as my deep set kitchen window sill. I am thoroughly happy and impressed!

Fabulous communication. I am out of town and needed to schedule a quick power washing job before an inspection on the house. Gary's communication was awesome, keeping in touch with me and letting me know when his equipment was fixed and fitting me in a tight schedule. I would definitely use his services in the future.

Description of Work: I had a gouge in a door casing which needed repair ASAP as in is a condition of sale which is in 2 weeks. Gary made accommodations for times of estimate, when he removed casing, and had it back in 7 days. He matched 2 paint colors, found an exact match for the one casing panel, returned and installed and painted in 1 hour! Wonderful, professional, honest and all around terrific experience! Gary was fast and efficient. He even went to the hardwear store. The shower works well. The patio door is finally fixed correctly. Came on Sat. Painted the kitchen ceiling (small spot). Fixed the garden hose. Will return to some other work that needs to be done. Cleaned up as he finished each project.

Gary provided estimate after an on-site visit. Actual cost was less than estimate. He was very professional. Work dates were scheduled with alternate rain dates. Communicated with us via e-mail. Gary came back a second day to do some modifications at no charge to us, as he was not satisfied with a window.
Description of Work: Remove caulk and then re-caulked all windows and doors in 2 story home.

Description of Work: I called Gary in the morning for a small project. He responded quicker than I expected and was able to fit me into his busy schedule. The work that Gary did was far beyond expectation - he didn't just complete the task he examined the issue to determine the root cause of the failure to ensure that it would not occur again. Not only was Gary efficient, but he is extremely friendly and was able to pick out other projects that I would like to have completed before the year end. Mr. Mugnolo was very friendly, prompt and did excellent work. He responded quickly to my phone call requesting his services and when he arrived, he worked efficiently, but didn't rush through the jobs. He respectfully checked with me about how I wanted the work done. I would definitely like to have him come again. He was also very patient with our recently rescued terrier type dog who feels obligated, despite my assurances to her, to "greet" everyone very loudly. Attitudes toward animals mean a great deal to me.
Description of Work: Mr. Mugnolo adjusted the height of the bar in an armoire, installed a smoke alarm, and completed the assembly of a shoe cabinet, even correcting an error I'd made when attempting the job! He worked efficiently and completed all these items in about an hour.

The handyman was on time, was friendly, efficiently replaced my kitchen faucet, and charged me a decent price. I thought he would become my on-call handyman for many other repairs that I have planned. When I mentioned I have other work that I need done in the future, he replied, "My wife is retired and likes to travel so I'm not always available." I stand by my review.

I am very baffled & troubled by this client report. Somuch so that I went to her residenceto discuss the comments that she posted with her but she did not answer. As she stated in her report, I arrived on time, performed the installation efficiently & charged a decent price... How then does her rating of C's & D equate? She was very pleased with my work & commented that she had many other projects. Here is where she goes south on me. She reported that I stated that my wife is retired and likes to travela lot... My wife is NOT retired. I said no such thing! What I told her is that I am often scheduled out 4-6 weeks or more and that I suggested that if she had projects that she wanted done in a specific time frame, that she should call & schedule the work in advance.

UPPER LEVEL GUTTER REPAIR, CLEANING OUT GUTTERS & THE INSTALLATION OF GUTTER FILTERS THROUGHOUT, TRIMMING BACK SEVERAL OVERGROWN BUSHES, RAKING THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. THAT & THE FACT THAT THE CLIENT OWNS A LARGE CORNER LOT WITH SEVERAL MATURE TREES WHICH DROPPED TONS OF LEAVES LATE LAST FALL THAT REMAINED IN THE YARD THROUGH THE WINTER. THE MEMBER WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH ON ALL PROJECTS!
