Description of Work: I had my furnace serviced and the humidifier checked. The motherboard of the humidifier did not respond, but the technician who came down was able to create a bypass to make it work for $10. The furnace has been running more strongly as well since it was serviced.

Description of Work: The technician was very unprofessional in his dealings with my tenant. He provided misleading information, created panic on the part of my tenant, And basically told her the furnace was going to cause carbon monoxide poisoning. I had a second furnace repair person come in and look at the furnace and do carbon monoxide testing. There was no danger to my tenent and the carbon monoxide readings were normal. If the furnace was truly a danger, the technician should have shut it down. This makes me wonder about the motivation for telling my tenant the furnace was unsafe. The technician later called me and tried to connect me with sales to install a new furnace. If and when this furnace needs to be replaced, I will definitely not go through Heger Fox.

Description of Work: This was for an annual service. The technician was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I give them a B for responsiveness because the appointment was made at least a month out. With that being said, it is a busy time of year for this type of business so I expected to wait.

Description of Work: They said everything was fine the reason my a/c wasnt working was because I didnt turn it on all they way. It was actually because the ducts were all open in the basement which i discovered myself.

Description of Work: When I made appointment I was given a range for ETA of 1pm - 5pm. I received a call about 12:45pm and the technician arrived just before 1pm. No waiting, that was great! He did not mention my filter, I use a reusable filter. Prior service, from another business has rinsed it but this was no big deal especially for the sale price of $79. I would definitely use this service again.

I appreciated the fact that they were willing to do the work I needed without trying to sell me additional products or services I did not need. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
